McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst McD ever visited, never thought that even a McD situated in such a popular destination could be so bad. The staff & service here is -1/10, staff if so bad that they can literally ruin your whole day. Lady at counter was so egoist & rude taking orders. Wouldn't property listen, respond even when there were literally only 2 ppl in line! And went ahead & started blaming that my card is broken 😂 so dumb girl how would a nfc card be broken when clearly the Machine there wasn't working. Later she only switched to a diff machine after her big dumb claim. Idk why so low earning girls have so much attitude when ppl like us are so humble to them. Coming to food, there also that girl didn't properly give us the order, we got a coke & burger in which she didn't give us straw. I asked for it & again rudely she said we have stopped straws & all then pulled out straws. Also I felt she didn't fill the coke right to top like usually we get at any McD. Totally dissatisfied experience. I usually keep visiting McDonald's regularly in my neighbouring places & it's always a good exp, and they do provide paper straws everytime & have nice attitude. One of staff member is very arrogant out there . I am attaching his image also. He just added so much ice in cold coffee that I couldn't even take a sip of that coffee. It was feeling like he has added only coffee powder in ice and just grinded that. And when I complained about this to him than his reply was so rude and arrogant. He told me that it is made like that only. (Sir, cold coffee ase hi banta h, cold coffee me ice hi hota h). .
