Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Mumbai

This is by far the worst food experience of my life.

I ordered 2 Veg Pahari Steam Momos and 1 Chatpata Paneer Fried Momo. What did I get? Chicken Momos. And one entire item was missing.

I’m a pure vegetarian due to personal and religious beliefs — and yet, this restaurant casually sent me non-vegetarian food. No warning. No label. Nothing. It took me one bite to realize the horrible mistake, and it was emotionally sickening.

After waiting 75 minutes for my food, I was left disgusted, shaken, and deeply offended. What did I get in return? A ₹200 refund — no apology, no accountability, just silence.

WOW! Momo, if you can’t respect your customers’ food preferences and beliefs, you shouldn’t be in the business of food.

Disgraceful, insensitive, and unforgivable. I’m filing complaints with FSSAI and consumer courts.

Service: Pathetic. The guy at the billing needs to learn what service is. I was not given a bill as their printer was not working. (28th September, 2023). Second shocking thing was that the counter guy simply didn't return change of Rs.1. He didnt even bother to say that he didn't have change. He simply kept it as if it was his right. I know its just Rs.1 but its not the amount but the shameless attitude of the guy. Even the roadside vendors don't do this kind of cheating.

Food wise, their pan fried veg momos in Schezwan sauce were good. But the service ruined the whole experience but at the end of the day I felt better that I helped a NEEDY person😂.

Wow! Momo really lived up to its name at this outlet. From the first bite, the flavors stood out—freshly made momos, perfectly cooked with that authentic taste that makes you crave more. The ambience was clean and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

What impressed me most was the balance between quality, speed, and hospitality. It wasn’t just about great food, but also about feeling valued as a customer. Definitely a place I’d love to revisit and recommend to anyone who wants a wholesome momo...
