Run's Warung — Restaurant in Bali

"Nice place with home cooking style!" I was here with my friend, already stayed in Ubud but never visited this small warung before. Do not look what's this place have, i mean for decoration or good stuffs around, it's only local warung (small restaurant) with 2 long tables and 1 small table outside for smoking active people beside their open kitchen. No AC only Fan and no music only laughing sound from their super warmly and cutest staff. I ordered spring rolls, pork ribs and fuyunghai, and my friend ordered fried rice with fried chicken. Spring rolls ( i'm spring rolls lover, btw!) they served with good temperature and nice taste from their filling. PORK RIBS it's must you can try, the cheapest pork ribs that i ever had and it's worth it to try.. Mamma Mia! Yum! Fuyung Hai, so average, i can say, it's not fuyunghai totally no, but they are not chinese restaurant so i can understand that. This place is SO good We came here because there was a huge wait at Sun sun and I'm so glad I ran into this place. If you want try a home cooked indonesian food, you need to try here.

No msg is used yet the flavor is amazing. I can't emphasise how surprised I was when I took that first bite.

The aesthetic of the food? Sure, it's simple and not photogenic but once you try a bite, you will know why the rating is high for this small little place.

I highly recommend the grilled coconut that has tumeric inside and the ribs and a very surpsingly good Farah Special which are just simple beans, bean sprout and peanuts.

Discovered this lovely little place 2 days ago. I initially tried their spring rolls which I absolutely fell in love with. I have been back several times since for them! On the first day I also had their fries which are homemade and I am addicted to! I am travelling atm but they reminded me of home!

I went again last night and tried the fried fish and samba. Wow, this woman really know how to cook! I am elated to see this is a family run wurung with excellent staff, fantastic food and excellent prices.
