Prime Angus House Plaza Indonesia — Restaurant in Jakarta

The restaurant has moved to 5th floor. It is located on the corner besides Ishigamaya steak.

It has always been a favorite for delicious japanese steak and pasta.

Came on saturday night and the place is quite packed. Ordered wagyu rib eye and spaghetti pollack roe with scallops.

The steak came perfectly grilled on medium. It tasted very delicious, tender and melt in the mouth. The sauce that came with it also very good and paired well with the meat.

The pasta is also cooked perfectly al dente, the scallop tasted fresh and heavenly. And all the pasta is covered well with the pollack roe. The best japanese pasta in town.

They also provide welcome bread that tasted great.

The servers are kind and friendly and the place has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

A stellar experience from Plaza Indonesia’s steakhouse location. Upon entering we were greeted immediately with staff and the menu, as well as an explanation on what’s their favorite items.

Staff accommodated any request we had for our meal, knowledge was adequate as one staff did not know many of the cocktails contents when asked. Food was served well and plated nicely, if you get the set menus then it’ll definitely be more than enough for each person given the appetizer, entree, and dessert pairing. The process was meticulously calculated by the staff so that we were not bombarded with food at a given time, nicely timed, and attentive service.

Unfortunately I don’t take the photo of the food I had today. The only good thing for me was the bread and the soup. The salad was bad, the presentation of the salad was bad, not very inviting to eat those salad, taste of salad was sour, too much of what I can taste was balsamic vinegar.

The staff, 2 of them are nice, the one who took our order wasn’t nice. The other staff lady who I called and asked about my steak wasn’t nice either, unfortunately I don’t remember their names.

And I don’t understand why this restaurant use a small pink towels for placemat? It doesn’t look very fancy! Too bad I may cut this place from the team,...
