Bali Bistro Bar&Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

My family & I had the pleasure of dining at Bali Bistro Bar & Restaurant, part of The Bali Collective, and I must rave about my experience there. Every detail was perfect – from the freshness of the ingredients to the impeccable presentation. But most of all, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were truly outstanding in every way, making sure that we felt completely at ease throughout our meal and that we had a cab ride home afterward.

My wife and I shared the Nasi Goreng Istimewa. It was like a culinary journey through Southeast Asia's regional flavors – each bite more delicious than the last! Seriously, the chicken was some of the best I have ever had and the sambal added a great kick to the dish. The selection of dishes was abundant, diverse, and affordable. This made for an enjoyable evening as we sampled several exciting dishes that pushed us out of our comfort zone while enjoying some live music as the sun...

We ordered the seafood platter.

Can't really tell you how it was because as soon as it arrived 10000 flies came with it and descended on the food. We had some of the fish, the lobster tails and a bit of crab claw each but I cannot explain strongly enough the absolute plague of flies that immediately came into our platter.

The staff seemed surprised we didn't want to eat food with 100000 flies on it and took too long to bring a candle out. The candle also had a dead fly in the wax.

That many flies so quick after the meal was served only makes me think the kitchen also has flies in it.

To the owner : get a blue light and kill the flies. Won't be...

Still wondering how people think their food is tasty /delicious... Food is bland and service is worse... Their smiles disappear as soon as you question them. Spelling errors on menu cause confusions and then they don't like being questioned for clarification. Was a disappointing costly meal. But I think their attitudes were even worse. Talking about us in their own language, not even behind our backs! Made a five year old wait for his dinner while the rest of the table finished theirs. Just pathetic service and tasteless food...only plus was the Live singer was was really good even...
