Having visited this coffee shop recently, I was absolutely thrilled by the ambience and the service. Right from the get-go, the warmth of the staff at the cash register made a lasting impression, their friendly demeanor and enchanting smiles setting the stage for a memorable visit.
The baristas, true artisans of their craft, were courteous and professional. They demonstrated an unwavering commitment to quality, serving coffee that was nothing short of remarkable. It was clear that they have perfected the art of coffee making, with every cup exuding robust flavor and warmth.
One of the standout features of this place was undoubtedly the option to choose between the indoor and outdoor seating. The patio, flanked by stores and adorned by trees, made for a charismatic backdrop. As you sip your coffee, you can either watch the world go by or let nature's serenity wash over you.
Conversely, for those who prefer the cool, tranquil indoors, the coffee shop offers a perfectly ambient space for relaxation, a business meeting, or simply some quiet reading. The interior design is considered and inviting, spurring a spectrum of coffee lovers to convene in their shared love for great coffee.
In conclusion, this coffee shop was a delightful revelation. It is a sanctuary for all— a bustling haven for city dwellers, a sophisticated spot for business affairs, and a homey retreat for those seeking a quiet corner. I highly recommend this place for not just their superior coffee, but also their excellent service and remarkable...
Read moreThis was the first time I experienced a disappointing visit to a Starbucks store in Bali, despite having visited numerous other locations without issues.
The order process was finalized at 1:22 pm, but unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected delay in receiving my order. Even though I'm familiar with this store and the usual pace, it took an unexpectedly long time. Finally, at around 1:58 pm, my order was ready, but it was incorrect—I had ordered a "vanilla latte," yet received a "mocha latte." I distinctly recall confirming my order with the waiter. Due to time constraints for a meeting, I accepted the order, despite the error disrupting my schedule that I had carefully planned.
Observing other customers served promptly while I waited raised concerns that my order had been overlooked. This was further confirmed when I double-checked with the barista, finding my order was not processed.
It's possible that the store's management could consider refreshing the skills of their baristas through training, workshops, or regular evaluations. Improving their efficiency in managing orders could prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
Starbucks is known for its high service standards and adhering to standard waiting times. Unfortunately, this experience detracted from the usual excellence I associate with Starbucks. Wishing the Starbucks team...
Read moreLocated in the upmarket Bali Collection shopping and entertainment zone targetting tourists I was surprised that it cost me 87,000 local (AU$8.70) for a grande cap on oat. I wanted coconut milk but it was not an option here, I was also originally after a dirty chai, which they had no idea what I was talking about, or just chai syrup in the cap would have done..but that was also not available. Pretty much nothing outside of a basic coffee range available, and unfortunately rather weak coffee though I had paid extra for there local 'stronger' bean option. So better of finding an independent good quality coffee shop which thankfully...
