Bali-Jip offers a unique dining experience reminiscent of a rural village restaurant in Korea. The rustic interior adds to the charm, while the Balinese-style outdoor seating provides a breezy alternative. Ventilation is better outside, but you might encounter “wild” visitors like geckos. We didn’t mind—they help keep mosquitoes and moths away! 😆
The BBQ pork set was fresh and surprisingly tasty, even though it didn’t look marinated. The banchan leaned more toward sauces than side dishes—our favorites were the lettuce, garlic, spring onions, chopped garlic, and salt mix. The rest we could honestly do without.
The highlight of the meal was the mango coconut bingsu, which is an absolute must-try!
Shoutout to Dini for her patience and friendly service. The environment is a little rustic and could use some upgrading, but overall, it’s a great spot for casual, authentic Korean...
Read moreNot the best but not that bad. I cant compare with the original one in Korea as I never been there, but to me who already tried several K-Bbq places in town or in other cities, the food here is just mediocre. We ordered set for 2 ppl, and quite enough for 3 of us but its just because we were not interested to order more. If you see the picture, which is quite tempting witb a lot of side dish, I would say the egg soup is the only thing I like and the rest is just meh. They serve lots of dipping sauce option, and we end up only like 2 of them (the garlic one). They also only serve 1 meat samgyupsal but again just doesnt meet our expectation.m (bland taste). I gave 2star rating on the atmosphere just because there are a lot of flies (big one) although we weree seated in indoor area. I hope the owner can take this as feedback for...
