As for atmosphere: not sure if due to weather or hours of the day/choice of day of the week but was good to the point I didn't need to yell to hear each other out what in most cases is in big demanding places like this one. Service: was very fast efficient and welcoming, the staff was very detailed and knowledgeable almost by heart on the menu and knew exactly what to recommend, took a bit longer than expected for the main courses to arrive but it still fast Service nonetheless. Food, as for the boss chicken, felt missing seasoning for the batter that coated the chicken, was not savoury enough, the chicken itself underneath was tender and well made! The pork soup was seasoned well. the noodles were combined perfectly with all the ingredients in the bowl. The side rice should've come with the meal as the price for the gong boa ji ding deserves to come without extra charge for sides. The chicken was tender, and yet the sauce wasn't overpowering the texture. The rice was a bit too bland and not worth the extra cost even. As for plating all dishes aside the gong boa ju ding that should've arrived with rice on top or sided on the same plat and absorbed the flavour then dish would been much better than it was by the serving presentation that it comes now. Will recommend to visit here and come back to try the...

Located on Dublins busy South George's Street, Boss stop is easily reached on foot or by any number of public transport.

The venue itself is relatively small seating maybe 50 patrons. Although clean and bright the space seems a little unfinished much like a new business that hasn't quite found where everything lives yet; in that it could do with a little organising.

In the dining area they also offer a selection of Asian cooking items, such as sauces, rice and snacks .

The food itself is absolutely delicious and generous. I had the prawn toast as a starter and the Belly pork as a main. The prawn toasts were thick , crunchy and flavourful, and the portion easily enough for two as a starter. The Belly pork was rich, melt in the mouth and very tasty, and much to my delight- served sizzlingly hot, which seems to be a rarity these days. My partner had the beef rib which was so tender and moist, with a side of the cooked potatoes which are like delightfully crispy tater tots.

The staff were very helpful, obliging and incredibly polite. It's also worth mentioning the toilets were immaculate, well lit and easily accessible, which is also a rarity.

Overall a very lovely dining experience, and I'll...

We went with some friends on Saturday evening. Whilst they do accept walk-ins, I would highly recommend booking in advance as they were turning people away from 6pm due to how busy they were.

Wait staff were very friendly and happy to cater to everyone's needs. They repeated our order to ensure nothing was missed before they submitted it to the kitchen. They kept us updated with our order if there were changes and unavailability in options.

Loved the Asian snacks for sale along the wall opposite the bar. Music was upbeat and modern, but a little loud.

We had the beef and prawn dumpling starter and pork on green. Then Char Sui and Mei Cai Kou Rou and Yangzhou fried rice for mains. Drink was Baby Boss.

Food and drink were fantastic and will definitely be back.

Our only critique was that the online menu from their website had changed to what was available in the restaurant, however that didn't take away from the wonderful dining experience that we had.
