I was in your restaurant yesterday evening, I ordered an Antipasto board. It came out with no bread or pesto. Waitress told us she would be back shortly with it.

10 minutes into waiting on the bread and pesto she decides to bring down our main course. We politely refused our mains as we were still waiting on the bread and pesto. She brought them back to the pass and chef took them. Now I've dealt with food for a long time and know for a fact that those 2 mains where coming back to the table shortly after we finished our starter. I addressed this with the waiter and he tried to tell me it'll be done freshly etc. Which I knew it wouldn't be.

Then 15 mins later the bread arrives. 25 mins in total waiting for a few slices of bread. Not acceptable.

I could deal with this, but then your waiter proceeds to bring down 2 receipts one of which was supposedly ours and another with the same order. Little did he know I could read the receipts. Ficasio bread was on the receipts and some other dribble on the other one. He was like oh its not your order. But previous to that the girl came straight to the table with the orders. It was ours and he wouldn't admit to the mistake. Instead he lied directly to my face about it and kept the lie up.

It completely ruined the day and also left us with nowhere to go for food as it was too late by then to get a table elsewhere.

I'm absolutely appalled by the standards set in your restaurant and more appalled by the sheer audacity for your waiter to lie directly to our face.

I’m reaching out regarding our recent visit to Nolita on Mother’s Day, 31/03/2025. I had a 5:15 PM reservation, and while we were seated promptly, our experience was disappointing due to excessive wait times and lack of communication.

Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited 45 minutes for our starters (served at 6 PM) and received our main course only at 6:50 PM. No staff approached us to explain the delay. It was only at 6:30 PM that a waitress checked in, at which point my brother mentioned we were still waiting for our food. He was then asked if he’d like to receive his starter and main course at the same time, which seemed quite unusual.

Adding to the frustration, we had an event to attend at 7 PM, leaving us no choice but to rush our meal after already waiting an unreasonable amount of time. No apologies were given for the delay, which made the experience feel even more disappointing. To make matters worse, we noticed that another table, which arrived after us, was served their cocktails and meals before we were.

While the cocktails and food were good, our dishes were almost cold, suggesting they may have been sitting out before being served. This is disappointing, especially considering the total bill we paid and the fact that I’ve had good experiences at Nolita before. However, this visit has left me reconsidering whether I’d return.

I believe this situation warrants an apology from Nolita, as the experience negatively impacted what was meant to be a special occasion for our mother.

I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and ensure better service in the future.
