I recently had an amazing dinner at La Gorditas and can’t stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away. The ambiance was cozy yet sophisticated, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, but I went with the lobster, it was exceptional! The lobster was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and flavors that were beautifully balanced. The presentation was also top-notch. They also have a well-curated wine list, with excellent pairings at reasonable prices. I highly recommend La Gorditas! I will definitely be back to try more of their amazing menu. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town! A special thank you to the talented chefs who truly made the evening unforgettable. The care and attention to detail in every dish were evident, and it elevated the...

At the start they offered this shot Chef’s special and it was on the house, which was really nice, very tasty and delicious!

We ordered the: Achoas - it is tasty and whoever loves anchovies it’s a nice experience.

Tosta de atun - Tuna with a lot of vinagre taste and soaked, it was good but nothing special.

Tortilla Vaga - This is definitely 5 start food, very tasty and well made .

Filete a la pimenta - I found very grease and lack of seasoning and creativity on preparing this dish.

Patadas trufa - very grease too as well as the filete a la pimenta.

The overall food was ok, but the price charged doesn’t align with the food.

Obviously you pay for the place named Michelin 2025 and the environment which is very nice.

There is an option to order a rice as a side, I believe I should’ve ordered that to feel satisfied with the amount of food (which is very pricy and very little and don’t expect anything special but...

Really nicely executed Spanish food. Recommend to mix with rich dishes and some salad or dish with acidity to cut through. We had octopus salad which was really refreshing and succulent, not rubbery at all. Enjoyed Ray wing and Arroz but it’s getting too rich having them both dishes together. Black rice was cooked on point. Other people next to us even asked us what that is which is a good sign making them jealous haha Plenty of drink choices as well. We asked Sangria which wasn’t on the menu but bar staff was kindly accommodating. Refreshing with good amount of red wine in it. Brings us to Spain right away. However, feel a bit disappointed that price is set really high. Nibble/Starters around 15 euro, main dishes around 30-40 per person. Easily spend +100 per person here. It’s somewhere for special occasions for sure but won’t be able to afford to come here often...
