La Pausa Caffe in Dublin is an absolute gem! I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming café, and I can't say enough good things about it.
First and foremost, the cappuccino I ordered was nothing short of spectacular. The rich, velvety coffee paired perfectly with the creamy froth on top, making for a delightful and expertly crafted cup of coffee. It was clear that the baristas at La Pausa Caffe take their coffee seriously, and the result was truly impressive.
But that's not all; I also indulged in a slice of their banana bread, and it was nothing short of heavenly. The moist, perfectly spiced banana bread was a delightful accompaniment to my cappuccino. It was fresh, warm, and had that comforting, homemade taste that's hard to find in a café.
The ambience of La Pausa Caffe is another standout feature. The cozy interior exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the ideal place to unwind, whether you're catching up with friends, reading a book, or just taking a moment to relax. The attention to detail in the café's design adds to the overall charm, making it a delightful place to spend time.
Now, let's talk about the service – it was top-notch! The staff at La Pausa Caffe were not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had about the menu, and their recommendations were spot-on.
In summary, my experience at La Pausa Caffe was truly exceptional. The combination of outstanding coffee, delectable banana bread, a cozy ambience, and impeccable service makes it a five-star establishment in my book. If you find yourself in Dublin and in need of a coffee fix, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to La Pausa Caffe – you won't be...
Read moreI am a regular customer and a big fan of their coffees. I was normally treated warmly by the usual staffs that I am familiar with. However, the incident happened recently did disappoint me. Upon ordering at the counter, I told the staff that I want to order a hot cappuccino. I normally specified hot as I wanted to make sure it’s hot. Didn’t get into any troubles or miscommunications before at other any cafes or my previous experiences when ordering here but I was treated impolitely by one of the staffs (not sure if it’s new) as she charged me oat cappuccino price instead a normal cappucino price. Upon asking she mentioned that she heard oat cappucino . When I corrected her I wanted hot cappuccino she gave me attitude and said that cappuccino is hot that’s common sense. I was really unhappy with the situation as a regular customer. In addition to that, I was standing quite awhile in front of the counter waiting for her to finish talking with another colleague before serving me when I am here to make an order or purchase. I do hope they give trainings to new staffs or regular staffs on how to handle customer and also customer’s request especially. No apologies by the staff and she even emphasised again and showed me the card machine again €3.8 when I made repayment in a very disrespectful way and tone. So much disappointment. Won’t order again if it’s...
Read moreVisited on the 5/11/23! We got inside, not a good morning, not a hi! Nothing, we were just standing there and the blonde guy at the till didn’t told us we could actually sit and order from the menu, so we just asked for a banana bread and 2 coffees, and we moved to the other room to sit when this guy asked me to pay upfront! Other customers were not asked to pay upfront for their food, and this guy was just staring at me and kind of shouted at me to pay while I was going to the seating area! Then only when we were sitting we realised we could have got food from the menu and other people were just ordering and paying their food only after, I didn’t like the vibe and this guy has no customer service whatsoever! I do not think we were treated nicely, we will definitely NOT be back! :) the previous staff me ever we waaaay more nice and friendly, these 2 at the till seems they are going to a funeral… plus this is called la pausa cafe, this place is NOT Italian, has nothing Italian in it nor the food nor the coffee nor the vibe, please change the name as I feel insulted for it to be called with an...
