Tasty Hut Fast Food — Restaurant in Dublin

I have been a regular customer at Tasty Hut, especially for their naan and salads, which I really enjoy. However, the customer service has been very disappointing.

The first time, I called just 2 minutes before arriving to order 5 naan. I was told the restaurant was “very busy” and it would take 1 hour. But when I reached, the restaurant was almost empty with only one customer inside.

More recently, I ordered 2 salads. Normally, the salad boxes are full, but this time they weren’t even half-filled, yet I was still charged the full price. It’s not about the money—it’s about fairness and consistency.

The staff, unfortunately, do not seem motivated or welcoming. Most of the time, they appear uninterested in their work, which directly affects the service. As paying customers, we expect at least decent service and honesty.

I like the food here, but the customer service is very poor and unacceptable. I really hope the management addresses staff training and service quality, because this place has good food but is let down by...

Awesome place to eat a delicious kebab, the taste of the food is lovely every time that I go for food, always fresh, vegetables, sauces, everything have such a good flavor, and the staff behind the counter always very nice and friendly, definitely recommended.

Today I went to try the new addition to the menu, a large pizza, definitely recommended, freshly made, quick service, it taste like no one else in the city Centre, thanks for everything.
