Well I'll start off by saying, I think this is a wonderful place for Korean, there aren't many restaurants that sell Korean food, but Korean meals are delicious.
Anyways now onto my view, I'll start off by saying, if you're looking for something cheap, this place isn't for you, Ramen is €10, corn dogs are €5 each and if you want tofu sushi that is €12, and salmon rolls are €8.
I had a corn dog, they taste really good there is cheese on the top and in the bottom there is a tiny bit of sausage, over all a 6½ out of 10. The Ramen tastes very good the noodles do look like the 5 minute ones you can buy from local shops like koka noodles but it is very flavourful. But be aware the salmon sushi roll is 8 euros and completely not worth it they come with 6 mini rolls that are so tiny that you could eat 4 of them at once!!. But the tofu sushi roll is great and big with 8 pieces.
The atmosphere is really pleasant there, they have sit in dining, upstairs in the building and it's a small space very private and calm. It's a great place to go in small groups, I would say bringing a big group can be hard cause of the small amount of seatings. The building is not wheelchair accisble, you will be able to dine in if coming in a wheel chair.
But over all I'd say if you're in Dublin city centre give this place a go. It has versatile food with...
Read moreI waited 20+ minutes for bubble tea, in the meantime the worker who served me kept completing orders of people who had ordered after me? I assume he’s new staff as someone else took over when they realised he was still making my drink after about 15 minutes. My drink tasted awful, I think this may be the first time I’ve ever thrown bubble tea in the bin. Also there was a bit of dirt floating in it… Would you consider hiring more staff or providing more training? I seen who I assume to be the supervisor/owner walking around unbothered so safe to say it wasn’t busy. Nonetheless, staff were polite & the food they were preparing looked & smelled delicious. We had planned to come here for food the next time we get up to Dublin but I’m very put off by this experience. Would it not be better for staff to wait until they have completed an order & let the waiting customer know they’ll be seen to in a couple minutes. Unless, of course you’re worried you’ll lose out on money when they don’t want to wait so long. I don’t write reviews and probably won’t ever again, sorry for being petty but 20 minutes for bubble tea...
Read moreProbably the worst "Korean fried chicken" in Dublin.
Oily, greasy, more batter than actual chicken. The owner has replied to numerous negative reviews that chicken legs are used. Well, that's just not good enough. It was quite frankly disgustingly greasy; and in some, more batter than chicken. More like a tempura batter, but worse. No flavour at all, and the dip is pretty awful too.
The "spicy fries" are 6 euros for a tiny bag that, would you guess, isn't at all spicy. Skinny, boring, small bag of fries. Not an ounce of effort to make it an actual side worth 6 euros.
The bulgogi is sub-average; almost high-school canteen kind of quality. Very boring, limited flavour, and it was only just lukewarm. They can't even get the food hot at times. Nowhere near the standard of other bulgogi throughout Dublin.
Having tried so many Korean establishments in the city, this is by far the most disappointing experience of the lot. And not by a small margin. It really is that bad.
Overpriced, bland, flavourless, greasy food is just...
