Coperto charge (cutlery) applies at €1.50eur per person. It is very nice that they speak Italian, German and English. That alone makes the service easier for any kind of customer. It is also cool that they provide wifi so you can see the online menu, otherwise if you are a traveler, it is not always that you have internet and how could they sell brunch if customers cant see the menu? So good points on that. They need a few more egg options, it is mostly pancakes in the menu. There are also bagels. The vegetarian options are quite limited and tbh if they werent served with the potatoes, you wouldnt be any close to being full with the toast slice they serve. Orange juice was diluted with ice, so it wasnt feeling particularly pulp-y or 100% natural as a percentage of it was water. Cookie was super nice, I got the classic one. Coffee varieties are amazing and super nice. Music inside is way too loud. Overall the concept is good, but could still...
Read moreWe went to Uban right after arriving in Bolzano. The place is beautiful, and we were warmly welcomed by a waiter who spoke English, which was a big help. We ordered an Avocado Toast (USA Break), a Salmon & Avocado Bagel, and two chocolate protein shakes. Unfortunately, the wait was about an hour because the place was full and also they ran out of salmon (they offered a free orange juice as compensation). The worst part was the food: it wasn't great, and my pregnant partner found a blonde hair in her Avocado Toast, which was very off-putting. Furthermore, the experience was very expensive for the quality of the food and service received. However, the protein shakes were delicious and all the staff was attentive and amazing. Due to the long wait, the poor food quality, and the high price, I will not be returning, despite the excellent service and...
Read moreOk let's have a quick chat. Hello I'm Amiman and for the last 10 years I've been the only critique man! I've dropped by for a quick coffee run with my family, we ordered some coffee and waited for about nearly 20 minutes for the coffee! Disgrace! Bosha! (Not the cheese in the burger) Bosha Bosha! This is Italy they have coffee instead of blood (that's why there aren't any vampires here, they dislike coffee). When we asked when's the coffee gonna arrive they answered in a non polite way, what, why, who, how (I'm sorry I'm anemi I get confused often, what were we talking about?) Anyway you are the head you are guilty or something I don't know anymore.
If you will fix the service time you will lose the cheese on the hamburger title, bye bye I'm cool and awesome so...
