In the beginning, I was actually felt that they deserves at least 4 stars for the quality of the food. Fresh ingridient, nice presentation. However, my partner and I ask for the All You Can Eat menu for lunch and we got there at 13:50 therefore it is still lunch and they are closing at 15:00. We sat and after 10minutes, the first dish started to come which was 2 pieces of salmon nigiri that took 2 seconds to finish and another 10minutes for the next dish. There were no communication on what dish is being served nor how many more dishes coming. And 40minutes before the closing time, we were asked for our last order where not even half of what we ordered had been served. That is not an issue. However the main problem came when we are paying. The lunch all you can eat was supposed to be €17 + €2 for cover charger however we were charged €29 each as the menu was actually counted as dinner as it was Sunday. The server also insisted that he asked us that we are okay about that before we were seated however, we were not asked and he keeps on denying it as his manager (i presumed) was in front of him. The thing is since the menu has a marking of ‘sun’ for lunch menu and ‘moon’ for dinner menu and I asked him that are we allowed only to order the dish with the sun sign and he said yes but suddenly now he is saying that he thought I asked him about how many times I can order the number 1 dish which does not even make sense. He repeatedly saying that we were wrong for not understanding what he had asked in the beginning however it was not even asked. I am very dissappointed on this because the food quality deserves a higher rating however because of these, it is definitely not a worthy restaurant to go to eventhough the food is stunning. I am not reluctant to pay however, the information should have been relayed in the first place and at least put a disclaimer your fancy menu that on Sunday the price is only one for both lunch and dinner. Sarà una recensione piuttosto lunga, perché dovrò cercare di essere il più chiaro ed obbiettivo possibile. Partiamo dalle note liete... il Locale: è carino ed accogliente, parametrato alla tipologia di servizio offerto e di come si collochi nella fascia di mercato, merita senza dubbio le 5 stelle. Cibo: ho mangiato come piatto principale il ramen ed è stato eccellente, bravi. Successivamente ho assaggiato altro ed è stato di livello. Anche su questo aspetto le 5 stelle sono d'obbligo. Ora arriviamo alle note negative... il Servizio: tra i peggiori che abbia ricevuto in un locale ed ora approfondiamo le motivazioni di tale affermazione. All'ingresso stiamo stati accolti da un ragazzo, probabilmente una figura responsabile del locale, di età superiore al resto del personale di sala, è stato accogliente e garbato. è stato lui ad accoglierci positivamente. Abbiamo ordinato e ci è voluto un po' per essere serviti, ma questo è normale nei momenti di maggiore afflusso, non è certo questa la nota negativa del servizio. Al tavolo ci ha servito una ragazza per tutta la durata della cena, è stata educata e cordiale ma probabilmente, relativamente all'area assegnatale, non era sufficiente una sola persona. Una prima problematica l'abbiamo riscontrata a metà del servizio, abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad effettuare le successive ordinazioni poiché la cameriera è stata almeno 10 minuti ferma a chiaccherare con una coppia in un tavolo vicino. Ci sta intrattenere i clienti, è sicuramente lodevole, ma al tempo stesso la sala non può essere abbandonata a se stessa. Abbiamo svolto lo sguardo verso il ragazzo all'ingresso, quella figura che abbiamo in un certo qual modo come responsabile. Chiedendogli "supporto" ha fatto pervenire nell'immediatezza la cameriera presso il nostro tavolo. Quindi tutto sommato abbiamo tirato un sospiro di sollievo, certi che quella figura all'ingresso avrebbe risolto ogni eventuale intoppo....ma il peggio stava solo per arrivare.

Ebbene si, quel ragazzo prima che potessimo finire, aveva finito il servizio e lasciava il locale (erano le 22.30 circa quindi non tardissimo per un ristorante). Da li a pochi minuti avremmo assistito ad uno spettacolo AGGHIACCIANTE. I "ragazzini" presenti nel locale, forse per la voglia di chiudere velocemente il servizio, hanno iniziato a movimentare sedie nel locale in maniera (molto probabilmente volutamente , per non dire certamente) rumorosa. Pulizia e rassetto tavoli attorno a noi per "invogliarci alla fuga". Capito l'andazzo cercammo di essere piu celeri nel finire il dolce. Nel frattempo il ragazzo al bar si esercitava a fare canestro a metri di distanza lanciando i tappi delle bottiglie in un cestino che distava a qualche metro di distanza, con movimento del braccio da fare invidia ad un lanciatore di baseball!!! Ci guardavamo in faccia sbigottiti tra clienti... abbiamo chiesto da bere perché mio fratello doveva prendere una pastiglia, ma il barista ha detto alla cameriera che quando aveva finito (stava sistemando i bicchieri) ci avrebbe serviti. Abbiamo chiesto 5 volte da bere mentre i minuti passavano...L'ultima volta abbiamo supplicato la cameriera affinché ci facesse dare da bere, mostrandole le pastiglie... Manifestata l'urgenza, si mise una mano sulla coscienza e parlo con il barista (con lingua straniera ed a voce alta) e finalmente ci degno della sua attenzione. Nel frattempo il clima nella sala era circense, tra ragazzi che parlavano a voce alta, chi lanciava cose, chi faceva volare sedie ecc... insomma ad un certo punto abbiamo pensato di essere a "candtd camera", e controllavamo a torno che non ci fossero telecamere. Purtroppo tutto vero e tutto raccapricciante. Caro "responsabile" ti consiglio di non lasciare più soli quegli adolescenti, altrimenti il tuo impegno ed i tuoi sforzi per mantenere alto lo standard del locare risultano vani...Nella media darò un 3, valutate le sezioni da 5 stelle ed il servizio pessimo (per il quale non potrò purtroppo dare un...

Did not love it. Of all the sushi places we have been to this one just didn’t satisfy our expectations. From how they are presenting their plates and service online we expected better. The options are good but their prices are fairly high and if you are choosing to do their all you can eat offer you may not choose from the whole menu but only from a selection of items. As everything we were interested in trying wasn’t part of the selection we opted to choose “a la carte” which led us needing to explain ourselves several times upon check out as they just calculated the all you can eat price. As I cannot complain about the quality of their produce itself I would not say that I do not recommend this restaurant but I wouldn’t necessarily come...
