Sa Schironada — Restaurant in Cagliari

10 stars! During our 2 weeks in Sardinia, we searched at each stop, trying to find real Napoletana pizza. We found a few that were close, but Pizzeria Sa Schironada is the only one that is 100% la vera. It was excellent in every way: the dough, fresh tomato sauce, fresh cheeses and other ingredients. The service was very attentive, which was also a bit unusual (good) in Sardinia where in many places you have to call the waiter if you need something because they never come check on you. The only suggestion I would make is that they add more tomato-sauce based "red" pizzas to the menu. There are a lot of "white" pizzas that you could probably add tomato sauce to though. One of the Best Neapolitan Pizzas in Cagliari!

We’ve been here five times now, and it’s safe to say this place serves some of the best Neapolitan pizzas in Cagliari, and at a more reasonable price than many others. The dough is exceptional: light, flavorful, and easy to digest, which is very important to me.

Every visit, it’s been the same chef in the kitchen. Consistent quality and flavors, so compliments to him! The service is always fast and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, well-priced pizza...

One of the best pizza on our taste what we tried in Cagliari. Fresh tomato basement souce. Tasteful bread. Interesting view on classic diavola (what I loved really more, because it wasn't rubber salami, it was tasteful cals meat exceptional quality. What is also made me happy they have options with white sauce pizza, which I really prefer in life more. The only I could recommend to this place - change the music music selection.
