We’ve eaten at Fufluns three times in 2016 and absolutely loved it. Having eaten a lot of pizza in Italy over the years, I have to say that this is the best. I’m normally not the biggest lover of the crust and always leave some at the end. Here, I ate all of it, every time. The true quality of a pizza is best judged when eating a Margherita. There’s just nothing to hide behind and this Margherita is great. I also tried one with paper-thin sliced porcini mushrooms and was blown away. I wished the restaurant was not 800 km away from where I live - I’d go there...

Andavo lì da anni, ogni tanto partenza Roma. Ci siamo capitati per caso circa 5 anni fa, e devo dire posto accogliente, cibo ottimo , pagato il giusto. Poi ci siamo ricapitati 4 giorni fa, ordino un antipasto con bufala e alici che era nella lavagna del piatto del giorno. La mozzarella spunta di acido e cosa da non credere, nel mezzo del piatto le alici erano ancora in scatola, cioè mi sono vista arrivare un piatto con al centro una scatola di cartone di alici come quelle che prendiamo dagli scaffali dei supermercati . Non ci potevo credere, mi sono dovuta aprire la scatola e quella di metallo con il rischio di tagliarmi e di tirarmi addosso l'olio. Per la cifra di 12 euro. Guardo la lista dei vini,il meno caro 16 euro a bottiglia, prendiamo quello era un locale rosso, be' che dire qualità scarsissima, lo prendo a 2 euro al supermercato e ci faccio l'arrosto. I primi erano buonissimi,peccato averli avuti ad un ora dall'antipasto e sinceramente la fame era finita. Aaaa dimenticavo, all'altezza di Attigliano avevamo prenotato ,arrivo alle 21,30 e così è stato ma il tavolo non era pronto, abbiamo aspettato in piedi che si liberasse uno e lo riapparecchiassero. Personale musone....e il conto pagato per 2 antipasti tra cui uno del giorno,uno fiori di zucca ,un vino,due primi,un vino e un caffè...58 euro...per carità neanche tanti se il cibo fosse stato servito in maniera decente e con un po...
