The taste and flavor is absolutely bomb. A good break from the classic Tuscan paninis on every single corner. The pork is fresh cut and tastes great, however, only one half of the bread used us warm, and the bread is simply not as fresh as you can find elsewhere. Additionally, for portion sizes, for the same price at a panini place you can get sandwiches for double the size. Service is not the best either. I ordered a sandwich with tomato, after they started making it, they said there's no tomato now...what am I supposed to do now, so I paid full price but didn't get all the ingredients. Either way I recommend a visitor to just go try it because the taste is fantastic. Will come back...

Most places use the deli slicer so the meat is very thin, pillowy and has a nice consistency. Here they just cut it thick with a knife and unfortunately that doesn't work for what is basically a cold deli meat which has lots of fat. The bread here is bad too - it's just rock hard because they keep it the entire time in an oven heating rather than toasting it right before serving it like the other places. The green sauce is nice but it just can't compensate for how bad...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI must say I am extremely disappointed. After walking by this place at least six times, and drooling over the beautifully crisp pork in the window had me salivating copiously. As I approach the window to order a plain sandwich with the pork being the highlight I had received something very different than what I was expecting. It was a somewhat warm bun with cold stiff pork. I even commented on how beautiful and crisp the skin looked, to which none made it to my sandwich. I did however receive a mass of gelatinous, chewy, grizzle and cartilage.
I had high hopes and was very bummed out, maybe I shouldnāt have identified myself as...
