We ordered the Tagliata and a pasta, and both were incredibly disappointing. The pasta had no taste, and the Tagliata was very tough, it was difficult to cut and chew. The server assured us that it normal for the Tagliata to be on the tougher side, removed it from our bill, and then offered to bring us a filet because it was supposedly more tender. It took us another 30 minutes to get that filet, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. After they finally brought the filet out, it was just as tough. When we mentioned this to the staff, they gave us attitude, told us that we’re the only people to ever complain about the meat, and told us that there are many other restaurants we could patron. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or not, but the whole experience was very unfortunate. I’ve worked in food service for a long time, so I don’t really like to send food back unless there’s a real issue. The whole experience made us uncomfortable, but the staff’s attitude...

We ordered a glass of wine and an iced tea as well as the bruschetta. The wine came almost instantly. After waiting about 15 minutes I asked again for my iced tea (which was canned - so it’s not like anything needed to be prepared). They brought it out and didn’t apologize for the wait. At this point we were still waiting for our appetizer. We gave it another 20 or so minutes and still nothing. We started to see people who were seated AFTER us get their pizza & pastas. We flagged down the waiter and told him we were still waiting - he just said “okay” and yelled to another waiter in Italian so I couldn’t understand what he was saying. It finally came after waiting for 45+ minutes.
The food and drinks were good but I wouldn’t return again due to the extremely...
Read moreI had the steak with five pepper sauce – a surprising and delightful flavor. The sauce had a slightly tangy touch, with fresh peppercorns that felt like tiny, spicy blueberries bursting in my mouth. I didn’t leave a single drop on the plate – the heat lingered pleasantly long after the meal.
Alongside it, I had sautéed spinach in garlic and a hint of lemon. The flavor was heavenly. The tender leaves absorbed everything – it was perfect. Exactly like the aroma that pulled me into the restaurant in the first place – a warm, lemony garlic scent I couldn't resist.
I sat outside on a red-and-white checkered cotton tablecloth, and when it got chilly, the waiter turned on the heater above me. The warm light from the heater made me feel cozy –...
