When my spouse and I eloped to NYC from Germany in 2008, we booked an appointment with Tiffany’s in NYC - the service was beyond despite us being young and humble. Last year in 2022, we came to Florence to celebrate our anniversary & had amazing help from Claudia at Tiffany & Co Firenze Tornabuoni. So patient in helping me select the prefect anniversary band to add to my set. 1 year later I emailed her and told her we were returning Feb. 17-20. 2023. I let her know I wanted to purchase a ring for my right hand to celebrate 15 year of work. She scoured Italy to help me find the perfect ring and had several choices for me to look at based on my taste! As always impeccable service! She is ordering the Soleste V in a large size for my big American fingers. Then she arranged for all of our Tiffany wedding rings to go away to Milano for some overdue service. Stellar customer service, as always, it's why every piece of fine jewelry I own is from Tiffany... I stopped in Tiffany recently because the chain on my beloved, 3-diamond necklace broke. Given that I wear it every day & it was a very special gift from my husband, I was bummed. By the time I left the shop I was in good spirts, having been treated so kindly & professionally by Federica.
