Quelo Bar — Restaurant in Florence

A nice, cozy and alternative bar in the middle of Florencia, the service is great, the staff is awesome, the bar has a aesthetic I like a lot and the drinks are really good and cheap.

They have different cocktails to choose from, I would definitely try the il Mario if you're looking for something different or a Ottavio for something less exotic.

The cocktails are carefully mixed and have high quality ingredients, they are generous with the portions and are overall really tasty.

There's good music and it's loud enough that you can easily talk with people on another table with no issues.

There's free wifi and the restroom is clean.

If I come back to Florencia I will definitely go back to this bar and have...

Great atmosphere, excellent value cocktails / aperetivo. Very lively but still able to have a conversation. All the drinks we had were perfectly made, as well as the small bites plate (only 3 euros too)! The only negative was the fact lots of smokers stand right outside the bar, so some of smoke wafts inside without any escape. I would recommend having a separate smoking area or asking smokers to smoke in another location. Service from the bartenders was wonderful, had a true family / friends feel to it. This is my favorite bar in Florence! The pastries and quiches are SO delicious! If you get there around opening time, you'll get the fresh scent of pastries out of the oven. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The vibe is chill and the decor is quirky and fun. I always love whatever light music is playing in the background-- it contributes to the ambiance without being distracting or overwhelming. Great place to practice your Italian with the staff (they are very kind and patient), otherwise English works too.
