I personally didn't like the gelato. I tried the pistachio and white chocolate one and cheesecake. Basically the pistachio ice cream was a super sweet, with the pistachio cream too sweet (corrected after I was offended by your reply saying I have no taste to distinguish syrup from cream, perhaps because your cream is pure sugar! ). The cheesecake didn't taste as cheese, only cream with a super sweet toping. Having saying that, I finalize by saying that I have traveled more than 10 times to get Italy, and this last trip to Italy I have visited more than 15 Gelato stores and tried many Gelato, so yes I am entitled to an opinion. Moreover, in front of your store you paste a paper sheet asking for a Google review, so here is my review. Reviews are meant to be honest, not always "five stars". Reviews should be taken politely by serious companies that want to grow and improve, so you should not disqualify or make jokes about customer's reviews. Another place I found completely by accident. I was walking down an unremarkable street — no landmarks, nothing particularly notable — when something just told me to step into this small gelateria. There weren’t many people inside, just two kind girls behind the counter.

I ordered the two flavors I almost always get — pistachio and salted caramel — because they help me objectively compare the quality of gelato across different places. Tourist trap!!! Coming from Rome, the quality and quantity of ice cream are ridiculously POOR! A grande 3 scoops is but a small hip (just Google ice cream places in rome and you can compare the size) and cost €3.50! It’s a hill compare to mountain size in Rome. I should have complained on the spot! I don’t mind paying for the small size if the quality is really good but my gosh, they just tasted like pure sugar! I had 3 flavours and could not make out what they were!
