The food was not up to par with the price. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't amazing. I liked the desserts, they were fine. You'd get a much better taste of Italy at other places for a more appropriate price. The bread appetizer or whatever they leave for you while you wait was nothing worth munching on either. If the dishes cost about half of what they did, then it would make sense for the experience I got.

The food arrived in a timely manner, but the whole vibe of everyone who worked there that I interacted with felt condescending as if they were the important ones for working in that restaurant and I had to revere them and the restaurant at any price, and not we as their clients that would try to appreciate food at their fancy restaurant (which food-wise leaves something to be desired when compared with the price).

Now, I don't come from as rich a country as Italy but I like good food too so I'd like to not be looked down upon when trying to make a cost efficient choice when at a restaurant and asking about what I'm going to get for the listed price. Almost no dish has an indication as to the portion size so some inquiries are in order from tourists in a foreign country. The service quality and food taste/food price ratio simply does not compare to other places I went where I felt welcome and where I got an impressive...

We visited this restaurant for a dinner and the dinner that day was incomprehensible. 1. Is there no bread before meals? All other tables had bread before meals. However, our table was not served with pre-meal bread until the end of the meal. We ordered the T-bone steak. As far as I know, a T-bone steak is a steak that can be eaten both tenderloin and sirloin at the same time based on a T-shaped bone. However, the first meat that the staff brought and showed was only the sirloin and no tenderloin. And when I asked why there is no tenderloin part, she replied, "Some days, there may be no tenderloin part." When I asked many times, she said she would check again, and she brought back the meat with both tenderloin and sirloin and showed it to me. Why didn't they bring the right meat in the first time?(They showed our front table customers the right meat.) Olive oil and salt were served as sauces before the meat even came out to other tables that ordered the same meat menu as ours. Finally, we asked for it at the end of our meal. An employee took a chair from our table while we were eating and put it on another table. He didn't tell us anything. He should have asked us before taking it. We answered "no" to their question if we would like to order water. However, when I checked the bill later, the price of water was included. We told the staff, in the end we didn't pay it but they didn't apologize. Although this was clearly their mistake. I don't know why they made so many mistakes to us in the restaurant while we were there. I don't know if it was their mistake or intentional, but your actions ruined our dinner anyway. If the problem is that we made a reservation with the discount app, then it is better not to use the discount app anymore and pay more attention to the customer. My first image of a meal in Italy was your restaurant, and it's not a good memory. It is regrettable that I did not receive any apology from your restaurant.

Le dîner dans ce resto était incompréhensible. Il n'y a pas de pain avant les repas ? Toutes les autres tables avaient du pain avant les repas. Cependant, notre table n'a pas été servie avec du pain avant le repas jusqu'à la fin du repas. on a commandé le steak T-bone. Autant que je sache, le steak T-bone est un steak qui peut être mangé à la fois filet et faux-filet à base d'un os en forme de T. Cependant, la première viande que une employée a apportée et montrée n'avait que le faux-filet et pas de filet. Et quand j'ai demandé pourquoi il n'y avait pas de filet, elle a répondu: "Certains jours, il n'y a pas de filet." Quand j'ai demandé plusieurs fois, elle a dit qu'elle vérifierait à nouveau, et elle a ramené la viande avec le filet et le faux-filet. Pourquoi n'ont-ils pas apporté la bonne viande du premier coup ? (Ils ont montré la bonne viande à la table devant nous) L'huile d'olive et le sel étaient servis avant même que la viande ne sorte sur d'autres tables qui commandaient le même menu de viande que le nôtre. Finalement, on l'a demandé à la fin de notre repas. Un employé a pris une chaise de notre table pendant qu'on mangeait et l'a mise sur une autre table. Il ne nous a rien dit. Il aurait dû nous demander avant de le prendre. On a répondu "non" à leur question si nous voudrions commander de l'eau. Cependant, lorsque j'ai vérifié la facture plus tard, le prix de l'eau était inclus. À la fin on ne l’a pas payé mais ils ne se sont pas excusés. Bien que ce soit clairement leur erreur. Je ne sais pas pourquoi ils nous ont fait tant d'erreurs au restaurant pendant notre dîner. Je ne sais pas si c'était leur erreur ou intentionnelle, mais vos actions ont quand même dérangé notre dîner. Ma première image d'un repas en Italie était votre restaurant, et ce n'est pas un bon souvenir. Il est regrettable que je n'aie reçu aucune excuse de votre restaurant.

Would probably not come back here if I'm in Florence again. There are many other options in the city. The food itself was not bad. No issues at all. The pasta was cooked well and the wild boar ragu was decent. Could have used more flavor and sauce though. It was mostly ground meat and not so much sauce. The problem we had was the wait time. The staff themselves were friendly in how they greeted us and spoke to us but at the same time they were not very attentive. We had to wait to be seated by them even though there were many open tables. Then after taking our order, they never came back to check on us. Our secondi actually took forever to arrive. We ordered our food before 9pm and it arrived at 9:42pm. I understand the culture is to sit, relax, talk, and drink but even then it seemed a bit ridiculous for us to wait over 40 minutes for our main dish. Especially since we've never had to wait that long at any other restaurant in Florence. Also it would have been understandable if it was packed and super busy. But by this time, less than half the restaurant was full. It felt like they had forgotten about us and we contemplated just paying and leaving without having our main dish. Overall the food was okay but the service was not...
