Low responsibility and respect towards the customer. I was sitting enjoying my cappuccino and studying when suddenly i was asked to move from my table because apparently there was a lunch reservation, for which I wasn’t notified before. If I had been told that there was a reservation, I would have chosen another table. Nevertheless, it was no big deal to me to move. After all, it happens everywhere in Milano to be asked to switch table because they are not organized with their reservations! What really annoyed me was the way they deal with this. I took my stuff and moved to another table, asking politely the waitress to help me with my plate and cappuccino mug. Her response; It doesn’t cost you anything to take them yourself, I need to take care of the tables for the people who are waiting. Ofcourse they are waiting because you forgot to write down their reservation. Anyway, I got charged for a small glass of water too. (for which I had to ask twice) It doesn’t concern me that I am paying because afterall it is my duty as a customer. Anyway, my first time sitting in this place was a bad experience.
