Some of the better ramen I've had in a while. The entrees were also really good!

The Chicken Karaage was flavoursome and crispy. The Agadashi Tofu was spongy and salty (in a good way). The ramen was filling, creamy and full of flavour. The noodles were all handmade in front of your eyes, which was also a pleasure to watch while you ate. You just knew this food was really fresh!

The restaurant was quite small but it was cost and decorated well.

The staff, apart from one, didn't speak English but it was really easy to order, etc, although I did use Google translate to ask a few things (like ordering another coke). I think they appreciated this as they gave me a free sample of the Ume (plum wine) as I was leaving.

Overall, a great restaurant. I couldn't recommend highly enough. I thought it was a shame I couldn't have ordered more from the menu; I'm sure it would have all...

They have the best ramen we have tasted here in Milan. My husband and I used to eat here once a week before pandemic. When the situation normalised a bit we eat at least once a month. Now due to economic crisis 😂we only eat here very seldom. This place reminds us of those small restaurants in Japan. We're not Japanese but we love Japanese things 😉. Anyway the owners though not sure if they actually own the place are very friendly. Never got the chance to chat with them as we aren't fluent in Italian. One Christmas they gave us wine. Then the following year 2 boxes of mochi. Appreciated it so much. Thanks! I hope this place last a long time. I'm only giving a review now coz my sister ask where to eat the best ramen. This place definitely...

Small ramen shop tucked away from the busy streets of Milan. Limited seating. Authentic noodles - you can see the chef making fresh noodles on the go!

I ordered the cha siu ramen (14€) and my husband ordered the miso ramen (13€). The piece of cha siu was mostly a fatty piece unfortunately. I also found my broth a bit under seasoned and had no taste. Luckily the chili oil saved it; bit wouldn’t ordered it again. The miso one is very miso-forward which was actually flavourful.

Highlight was definitely the fried chicken. A great appetizer to start!

We ordered tonkotsu and miso ramen and fried chicken as starter. The miso broth was a bit too heavy, the pork meat slices were not of the highest quality, too much fat in it. The other ingredients were really good but there were few of them, way more noodles inside than expected compared to the ingredients. Tonkotsu broth was okayish, a bit less flavoured than my usual ramen. Fried chicken was good, if u like crispy chicken then this is the one to go Nothing to say for the service cause it was 5 stars, really fast and waitresses are ready to help u with anything you’d need Ps it’s not an hotel

This place is in the same neighbourhood as Pizzium, just next to pizzeria. If you don't have a reservation for Pizzium and wanna taste a real and authentic ramen go here. The ramen is made by hand! And I mean just hands are used to make it! You can see the chef from the window when he is in action of making it. And it is impressive and respect to the chefs technique and mastery when he is making the ramen by order! This is one of the top five ramen I've tasted and I compare it with ramen I've tasted in Japan, Korea and Singapore. It's well worth a visit if you are in Milan.
