The branding is amazing and the place looks clean and very good but the products are a total disappointment. I had the classic and the nocciola and both were disappointingly bad. Those desserts cannot be called tiramisu, as a person who eats tiramisu whenever has the chance, i had better tiramisu bought from the counters of a basic grocery store. The so called classic tiramisu is bland, has no coffee nor mascarpone cream taste, it s just something sweet. The only pro i have for it is that the ladyfingers texture is nice but the coffee taste and the cream are just bland. The nocciola tiramisu is also too sweet, has no taste of coffee at all and the nocciola flavour is just a tangyer sweetness with pieces of hazelnuts inside. Overall i would give the products a 5 out of 10, but considering the portions are very small (around 100g) and price is very high for the size (5.9 euros a piece) the best i can do is a 4/10 for the overall experience. Anyway you deserve an extra point for the branding and the design of the place...

Spùn Tiramisu is a specialized pastry shop in Milan that has gained significant popularity for its innovative approach to the classic Italian dessert.

What Makes It Special: Spùn is a single-product pastry shop located just a few steps from Milan Cathedral that produces a vast variety of personalized tiramisu, with their classic version being both gluten-free and lactose-free. The concept allows customers to customize both flavor and size according to their preferences.

Flavors & Options: The shop offers multiple creative flavors beyond the traditional recipe. Recent visitors mention having about 5 flavors available including classic, Nutella, pistachio, mango, and others. They're known for adventurous flavors like nocciola (hazelnut) and fragola (strawberry).

The consensus is that Spùn offers a fresh, creative take on traditional tiramisu while maintaining the authentic Italian essence of the dessert, making it a must-try destination for dessert lovers...

A Spoonful of Heaven I Didn’t Know I Needed

I walked into Spun thinking I’d just try the tiramisu. What I didn’t expect was a dessert that would touch something deeper.

From the first spoonful light, creamy, perfectly balanced I felt something melt, not just in my mouth, but inside me. The coffee-soaked layers, the delicate sweetness, the way it lingered… it wasn’t just flavor. It tasted like softness, like a memory you didn’t know you missed.

It held the kind of balance you rarely find not too heavy, not too sweet. Just right. And in that perfect moment, everything slowed. The noise faded. All that remained was me, the spoon, and the feeling that I was exactly where I was meant to be.

Spun didn’t just serve tiramisu. It gave me a moment of stillness wrapped in cream and cocoa. A quiet kind of joy one I’ll return to,...

Negatives: Expensive for what it is but then again you’re in Milano Positives: We used TooGoodToGo App and paid €3.99 expecting to receive just one box and we got two. It’s random (meaning stuff they have to get rid of before the end of the day) and we got Strawberry (Fragola) which, although not a true tiramisu, was really tasty. It was so good we went back later for another TooGoodToGo but got the same boxes which was a shame. Visited here last year and will always come back for a quick box, the ease of service and the fact you can takeaway/sit in without paying €2.50 service charge per person is a big sale compared to finding a spot just to get tiramisu and paying that tax!
