I liked this hotel very much. The location suited us, we had a car and used the public free carpark opposite the hotel during our stay. The vibe in the hotel was quite laid back and relaxed, we would have liked a bit more information on check in as we haven't stayed in the area before, however when we asked about anything the staff where more than helpful.||We enjoyed the breakfast which had lots of choice, I would have liked more fruit available - fruit salad and omelettes where charged extra, which I thought was unusual as they are normally standard on breakfast buffets. The food we ate at the hotel was very good.||The room: All rooms are different, some have baths and some do not, we changed our room on arrival as it had a bath but no sofa in the room, I would advise to be specific on your requirements prior to arrival. The member of staff who dealt with this for us was excellent and took time to show us available rooms. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the room during the day and really benefited from having a sofa.|Bathroom was spacious and well equipped, bed large/comfortable, on the 4th floor windows are small but we were at the back of the hotel which was quiet. Bedroom and lounge area separate. | |I would point out that the room lacked drawers for clothing and I used my suitcase for this during the stay, it also appeared to lack a full length mirror (only mirror above the sink in the bathroom) - adding these items would make the room more comfortable.||The area: Montecatini is a very pleasant town with lots of lovely restaurants and interesting places to visit. We went up to Montecatini alto to eat in the evening and worked our way around the restaurants - they are all outstanding, we had some of the best Italian food at Caffè Giusti', so pretty at night and a great atmosphere. If you don't have a car you can get to Montecatini alto by funicular - the views/sunsets are amazing. This was our favourite place for the evening. ||I would go back to this hotel for the lovely area, pleasant staff and great local restaurants. Spacious well...

From the moment we set foot in Palazzo Belvedere, nestled in the picturesque heart of Montecatini, Italy, we knew we were in for an experience of a lifetime. As we gathered with our wedding party, the ambiance of the hotel immediately enveloped us in an aura of serenity and luxury, setting the stage for what would be the most memorable week of our lives.

The service at Palazzo Belvedere is, without a doubt, of the highest caliber we have ever encountered. Every staff member we interacted with exuded professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make our stay exceptional. The attention to detail was simply unmatched; from the meticulously arranged table settings to the thoughtful touches in our rooms, it was evident that the team at Palazzo Belvedere leaves no stone unturned in their pursuit of excellence.

The food was another highlight of our stay. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, with flavors so delectable that they lingered on our palates long after the last bite. It's not an exaggeration to say that the dishes we savored were finger-licking good, a testament to the skill and passion of the chefs.

But what truly set Palazzo Belvedere apart was the sense of belonging we felt throughout our stay. Despite the grandeur and opulence, there was an underlying warmth that made us feel as though we were at home. This sentiment was amplified by the exceptional individuals who went above and beyond to make our experience special. A heartfelt shoutout to Eric, Angelo, Mirko, Kibi, Simone, and Gretta – your dedication and kindness will forever be etched in our memories.

All in all, our week at Palazzo Belvedere was nothing short of magical. We left with our hearts full of gratitude and we will return someday very soon, to relive the enchantment. Thank you, Palazzo Belvedere, for making our wedding week truly special.

Where do I start , very easy location to arrive at. On arrival our luggages were taken and we were led to a relaxing place for a drink meanwhile they were taking copies of our documents, then we arrived at our room it was fabulous everything was perfect 😍, We spent 3 nights in this hotel, the restaurant was also perfect but I think the prices were a bit high. There’s were so many things and activities you could do have swimming in the pool , gym, sauna , hydro massage and so many more. I really like it because of the tranquillity it provides. Clients services were also ultimate they were always available for anything at any time . 5 star merited, I would surely return and highly recommend this place. And yes parking is also free. Well done 💯

Lovely couple’s weekend at Palazzo BelVedere 😍 I have just spent with my boyfriend a wonderful weekend in this peaceful place. The hotel has been recently reopened after a great renovation. The atmosphere is speechless: 5 stars staff, 5 stars food and 5 stars rooms, everything is treated in detail. Roberta, the Spa manager is super high skilled and we both did a massage on Sunday morning right after the breakfast! The perfect Sunday morning beauty retreat!!! I really recommend Palazzo BelVedere to relax, immerse yourself in nature and be pampered by all the services that the hotel offers.
