We had an unforgettable dining experience at this restaurant in Pisa, Italy! From the moment we sat down, we were treated to an array of delicious dishes that left us in awe.

We began with a delightful variety of salami (salumi) and antipasti that were perfectly prepared and bursting with authentic flavors. After that, we tasted and enjoyed a delicious seafood risotto, which was cooked to perfection and highlighted the rich, fresh flavors of the sea. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the pizza, served with three different flavors—each more delicious than the last! The crust was crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful, showcasing the true art of Italian pizza-making. Honestly, the pizza I ate here will be unforgettable—I’m already looking forward to coming back for more.

To finish off the meal, the panna cotta was a dream—smooth, creamy, and paired beautifully with its topping. Every bite was pure bliss.

A special mention goes to Vincenzo, who was incredibly amicable and attentive throughout our meal. His warm and friendly service made the experience even more enjoyable.

Adding to the charm, the restaurant is just a few steps away from the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal while soaking in the beauty of this historic location. It was the perfect place to proudly say, ‘I ate pizza in Pisa!’

The ambiance was cozy, and the service was impeccable. This is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves genuine Italian cuisine. Grazie mille to the wonderful team for such an exceptional...

The worst place I’ve eaten by far in Italy. The food was poor and the service was even worse. The food made my stomach hurt. If I could give this place no stars I would!

I ordered handmade spaghetti with seafood and when they food came it contained beef (I do not eat meat). I told the waiter that there was beef on my plate and he repeatedly mentioned that it’s not meat and it was minced octopus, I told them that I would not eat it.

They did not offer to change it, I put the plate on another table to identify that I was not eating it and after 15 minutes, the waiter returned and agreed to finally change my plate to a tomato based spaghetti. I was left no choice but to agree to have it as my friend was happily eating his meal and I didn’t want to disturb him by moving to another restaurant.

Once I finished my food, we wanted to pay for the bill, but nobody came to our assistance. After another 15mins, the waiter came over and I told him we want the bill. We then waited for another 30 minutes before we could even pay. And yes, we were charged for the plate that I did not eat. When I mentioned that I didn’t want to pay for THE MEAL THAT I DID NOT EAT, the waiter then threatened to call the authorities and obviously the authorities won’t come for such a small problem. The waiter returned with an amended bill, without the plate I did not eat and I paid.

The restaurant was not even busy!!!! After an hour, I started to have a bellyache from the food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT...

Came for some pasta, got this mess. This was the ravioli. I got an over salted under seasoned and undercooked parpadelle. After the staff expressed their shock, explained to us that Italians eat salty, and that they have not had a complaint about the food in 25 years, they let us leave, which is why we gave any stars on the service. But this was not edible. Took one bite and had to leave, can’t waste a meal on terrible food in Italy. I think this place is exploiting tourists. Best of luck.

**The response I received to this was so rude. This photo speaks for itself and when I was there most of the dishes around me looked like this. I had a lot of great food in Tuscany, but not from your establishment. I already said you let us leave and we appreciated that. Especially because we did not and could not eat undercooked and over salted food. We tried to be quiet and polite about this but it was your staff that brought more attention to this than necessary to the point of embarrassment. I don’t want other people to waste money on tourist traps. You cannot bully me into saying that this food was edible. Your response only further shows what we had to deal with when we tried to whisper to our server that we did not like these dishes. If you want consistent positive feedback, you have to provide consistent quality. You did not, this was unacceptable, we did not accept it, and we were disappointed, it is as...

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant in Pisa! We ordered pizza, pasta, and lasagna — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust with a soft, airy center and fresh, flavorful toppings. The pasta was cooked al dente with a rich, well-balanced sauce. But the highlight for us was definitely the lasagna — beautifully layered, filled with a tasty meat sauce and just the right amount of cheese. It tasted homemade and truly authentic. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and treated us with genuine warmth. The service was quick yet relaxed, and you could tell they were both professional and passionate about what they do. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, inviting, and full of Italian charm. From the quality of the food to the attentive service, this was one of our best dining experiences in Pisa. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city — you won’t be disappointed! The host Salah was very helpfull and friendly.

L’Europe Ristorante was one of the most memorable dining experiences we had during our time in Pisa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and attentive service, especially from Vincenzo, whose kindness and dedication to hospitality truly stood out. The restaurant is ideally located—convenient to the main attractions yet pleasantly tucked away, offering a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The decor strikes a perfect balance between classic Italian charm and modern elegance. The food was outstanding. The pizzas were among the best we’ve had—beautifully crisp, generously topped, and full of fresh flavor. Every dish we tried, from the appetizers to the desserts, was thoughtfully prepared and presented. The wine list features excellent local selections, and we appreciated the thoughtful recommendations. For anyone visiting Pisa and looking for a quality, authentic Italian meal, this restaurant is absolutely worth visiting. Many thanks to Vincenzo and the team for making our evening so enjoyable!
