My personal favorite for Italian/Roman food in Trastevere. The restaurant is cozy and allows an intimate atmosphere, I recommend the outside area which gives some privacy from the street but still gives you a view on the beautiful neighborhood. I chose the pasta plate my waiter recomendet, lobster spaghetti. I must honestly say, the best pasta I ever had, delicious and al dente! Regarding the wine I have to say I'm not a wine connoisseur, yet I can say that the Pinot Grigio choice was perfectly suiting to the meal. The dessert, a forrest fruit cheesecake, concluded the dinner with a joy both for the taste and the eye. A big thank you to Hanif, the waiter who guided me through the endless options of the menu and let me experience an unforgettable Roman dinner. Thank you also to the rest of the team for providing the best food and service. Highly recommend and in a good price range. Thumbs up!

Such a shame that the service gets in the way of such good food and dampens the experience. It truly feels the owners are cutting corners and could do with a few more waiters, as they are constantly running in an out and feel overwhelmed at peak times. We waited 45+mins between end of appetizers and the arrival of the main dishes. Other than that, the food is really worth it so I would highly recommend this place for patient diners :). We got the Burrata which is fresh and good to share and the spaghetti all'amatriciana which is abundant and really good. As mains the octopus were well cooked and crispy while the meatballs were okay, nothing special. We really wanted dessert but having been at our table for 2 hours we decided to just get the check and leave.

Bravi bravi bravi TUTTI.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a few different local Romans - all that worked at other restaurants!! This is where they go to eat. My husband and I are so glad we followed this wonderful recommendation.

First off, we were greeted by two beautiful ladies - Elena and Michaela - who both had the biggest smiles and incredible, happy energy. The outside eating area is beautiful and the inside of the restaurant is gorgeous.

They reviewed the menu with us and even helped us with a wine suggestion. Their wine list is quite extensive.

Their menu is definitely not the typical one you find in Rome that is catered to tourists. But it does include some of the local favorites.

They are known for their seafood, which is delivered fresh every day. Their fresh baked bread is out of this world fantastic.

My husband had their risotto with scampi and black truffles. It is absolutely incredible. I had the salmon with grilled vegetables. The salmon, which was a very big cut, melted in our mouths and was so very fresh.

Their espressos and tiramisu are unbelievably tasty.

And you can see that this is truly where the locals go - and everyone made us feel very welcome. Thank you Elena, Michaela, Chiara (the artist chef!) and Giovanni - the owner. This was an experience we will not forget and will be back when we return to...

An amazing restaurant! Welcoming staff and quick service, especially when my daughter had to change her order after the menus were taken away. The biggest thing was that a group of Italians who came from work came to the restaurant, which says A LOT about this place. You know it’s good when the locals come, too. We all ordered pasta, and they were some of the best meals we’ve had in Italy! The spaghetti with tomato and basil was amazing-at first we thought it was odd that the tomato sauce was orange, but grew to love it!! The tomato sauce is unlike any other tomato sauce we’ve had in Italy! It tasted the best. They even added some sliced cherry tomatoes around it, for flavor. The fettuccine my husband ordered was great too, with sauce that you can only find in Italy. The pasta I got (with sea bass) was delicious! It had a great combination of flavors. Definitely order dessert from Ai Bozzi- the tiramisu is amazing! Instead of layered like traditional tiramisu, it came with chocolate sauce and mousse and tasted really good! In total, I would definitely recommend Ai Bozzi- the portions are great, people are nice, and the food...

It was hot and we decided we wanted an indoor dining experience instead of eating down by the river. I am so glad we did! The staff was all incredibly friendly and attentive and the food was great. It is Roman quizine with a bit of a twist in a casual elegant environment. Not pretentious, but not trattoria style either. We ordered the roast beef with caponata and cashews and we asked if they could make us a mixed salad even though it wasn’t on the menu (my husband is diabetic and needs a lot of meat and veggies and tragically not a lot of pasta). They were very accommodating and everything was delicious. With a glass of wine each, water, bread made in house, espresso and our meal we walked out for €50. Bread is an extra charge and they give it to you without you ordering, but it was good! Did I mention the bathroom was clean? Always a plus and not always guaranteed. I would definitely recommend for the weary traveler or any local looking for a...
