Italian flexibility and customer service continues to be disappointing. My daughter spilled her granita 30 seconds after purchasing. The sellers wanted to sell me another one rather than just replacing it. I’m not sure I get it. It must cost them maybe 20 cents… probably less… for an overpriced artificially sweetened drink where you are expected to drink it on plastic chairs on the sidewalk.
