We were there 10 minutes standing, waiting to order. The employee didn’t even said good morning. We asked then if we can seat first and then order. He said yes seat. And when we asked to order he said wait a minute, he came back 5 minutes later just to tell us to leave this table because he has a reservation 🤣 So impolite, it it better to avoid your visit in this place. My answer to the owner’s comment:
Because we didn't know if it was self-service or not, we stood in front of the counter waiting to ask the busy employee who blatantly ignored us. We respect that he has work, but you can say good morning to a passenger even if you're doing your job at the same time. We asked if we could sit down first to order and he said yes.
We sat down and after a while he brought us a menu, we told him we knew what we wanted and then he left again. When he came back after quite a while, he went around to the surrounding tables and coldly announced to us that there would be people waiting at that particular table in 20 minutes (there wasn't even a reservation on the table) and to sit somewhere else
As you can imagine, it was an extremely uncomfortable situation for us from the moment we walked in until the moment he simply told us to change tables without even bothering to move us or order first, etc. The employee literally kicked us out A very bad feeling, especially...

The issue wasn’t only just the wait — it was how things were handled. After being seated, no one came to check on us for at least 10 minutes, and we had to specifically ask for the table to be cleaned. The food might be good in general, but in our case it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. Saying “we don’t understand where the problem is” isn’t the most elegant way to respond to a negative experience. A more constructive approach would have been: “We’re sorry for the bad experience — we’ll do our best to improve next time.” The place has potential, but it needs better management to truly shine.
Original review: Terrible experience. Went there after a friend recommended the place, but service was so bad, waiting for a table was ages long, food was not at all as expected, but much worse. Place with high potential, super...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place — it’s cute and seemed promising. However, our experience was disappointing. Sure, it was rush hour, but waiting 20 minutes just to get a cappuccino, a soda, and some water (after asking for it) felt excessive.
The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a letdown. The pancakes were nearly burned on the outside yet still raw and runny inside. The eggs were completely tasteless. The pasta was so undercooked it wasn’t even "al dente" — you can literally see the raw center in the picture.
The staff was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed and overworked, which made the service slow and chaotic. It might be a cute spot outside of peak times, but during rush hours, it’s just not worth the wait or the food quality.
Would love to see this place improve — it has potential, but for now, I wouldn’t...
