Beware! This is not normal for Italy! Never have I been so disrespected in my life. The regular worker at the branch in the Ghetto was rude and agressive with me just because I asked to use the bathroom. I was eating at a street food place nearby and popped in to ask if I can use the bathroom (since I'm there all the time). When he said no, it was out of service, I said ok and left with no problem. I wasn't upset. But he followed me out and become aggresive. For some reason he was triggered. He cursed, approached me aggresively, got in my face, mocked me, told me to speak Italian in Italy. He did some of this in front of the owner himself! Literally told me to me "shut up" and got in my face in front of the owner. I was once a regular customer. Never again. This is not normal behavior in Italy. This business employs people that have a problem...

Absolutely phenomenal kosher cheeseburger spot! The flavors were out of this world — juicy, perfectly seasoned patties, melty non-dairy cheese that actually tasted incredible, and buns that held it all together without getting soggy. Everything was cooked to perfection.

But what really made the experience stand out was the service. Mamoun, one of the workers, was beyond helpful and welcoming. He made great recommendations, ensured everything came out just right, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it elevated the entire meal.

We had such a great time at Fonzie Burgers in Rome. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They gave us so many things for free like chicken nuggets and extra fries. It really felt like they cared and wanted us to have a good time. There was good music playing and the best part is that everything is kosher!

The burgers were amazing. Juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The fries were super crispy, and everything was served really nicely. You can tell they put effort into both the food and the service.
