Literally terrible. It was so good last summer but now the food is unappetizing. I honestly had second thoughts if I should just cancel the order and leave. The bathroom is horrendous, the toilet was so dirty I felt unsafe even just squating. The sauces on the table are old and taste expired. Also, the bubble tea station has an immense amount of dirty utensils on the bubbles/other fruit Gallatin that's put in thr tea. To top it off, the cooked walked out of the kitchen with a shirt that looked like he hadn't washed in a week. I will never come...

Just bought a takeaway from this place, the foods were average, but the customer service was terrible, we waited 20 minutes for the fried rices, we kept chasing them when it will be ready, even there was one customer came and ordered later than us finished his meal and we were still waiting and when I questioned them what is going on, the unfriendly staff replied the kitchen forgot about the last meal I ordered, what a bunch of useless staffs there and no apology from them at all. 不是第一次去，前几次还好都是没人的时候，最后一次去被服务态度恶心到。人多忙的时候上菜慢可以理解，但是菜做的巨难吃，瘦肉丸全是面粉，当面质问老板有没有肉，老板说有肉沫，别说肉沫，我连肉渣都吃不出来，然后铁板鱿鱼，就是一整块超市里卖的冷冻鱿鱼皮，避雷！下次再也不会来了

Non era la mia prima visita; le volte precedenti erano state accettabili perché non c'era molta gente, ma l'ultima volta sono rimasto molto deluso a causa del pessimo servizio. Capisco che il servizio possa essere lento quando è affollato, ma il cibo era terribilmente preparato. Le polpette di carne magra erano tutte farina, e quando ho chiesto direttamente al proprietario se c'era carne, ha affermato che c'era carne macinata. Non sono riuscito nemmeno a sentire un po' di carne, per non parlare di carne macinata. E per quanto riguarda il calamaro su piastra, era semplicemente un intero pezzo di pelle di calamaro congelato venduto al supermercato. Da evitare! Non ci tornerò mai più.

It wasn't my first visit; the previous times were okay since it wasn't crowded, but my last visit left a bad taste due to poor service. I understand that service can be slow when it's busy, but the food was terribly made. The lean meatballs were all flour, and when I directly asked the owner if there was any meat, he claimed there was minced meat. I couldn't even taste a bit of meat, not to mention minced meat. And the squid on the iron plate was just a whole piece of frozen squid skin sold in supermarkets. Steer clear! I will never...
