Avendo mangiato giusto un boccone dopo pranzo, sono entrato in questo forno per comprarmi una merenda dolce. Il locale non è enorme ma è molto accogliente e all’interno ha la possibilità di appoggiarsi per mangiare i prodotti dolci e salati che hanno a disposizione. Ho deciso di prendere qualche lingua di gatto e qualche biscotto al cioccolato. Le prime erano molto buone ma i secondi mi hanno davvero stupito: irregolari, artigianali con grandissimi pezzi di cioccolato e croccanti. Ho dato un’occhiata mentre stavo aspettando il mio turno e ho notato sei panettoni pronti che promettevano molto bene, per non parlare del bancone del pane e della pizza. Sicuramente ci ritornerò

La salsa casera y los ingredientes frescos muy muy buenos, y la masa se notaba que era hecha por ellos y cocinada en horno de pan, pero a mi gusto quedaba un poco seca y con mucho sabor al pan quemado. No es una mala pizza ni mucho menos, pero 400g(2 porciones normales) por 6,40€ y las buenas criticas que tienen me esperaba una pizza de la ostia. Lo recomiendo pero no recomiendo ir alli si vais a comer solo esa pizza en toda roma.

Excellent bakery / restaurant.

From the window we saw a bunch of pasteries and cakes. They taste as good as they look.

Going inside, they have a selection of healthy breads, pizzas, and and mix your own rice / pasta bowls. We had a nice breakfast for 6 people for under 20 euros.

I'm not sure on the Italian name, but I would highy recommend the seasoned rice croquets. They had 3 flavors, all of which...

Il solito problema che esiste in Italia, nei panifici e nelle pizzerie a taglio e simili...: a fare cassa e maneggiare i soldi, è la stessa persona che prende il pane, lo gira e lo rigira tra le mani... prende lo scontrino (carta in realtà velenosa, piena di ftalati) e poi le stesse mani sui prodotti. Anche se hanno dei guanti che tolgono, ma anche no, al momento di prendere i soldi e rimettono per i prodotti da forno...cmq staccano i vari scontrini mantenendo i guanti e, cmq, togli e metti i guanti, maneggia i soldi, maneggia gli scontrini, maneggia il pane....non va bene. La questione igienico-sanitaria, e salutare, in Italia (mica solo in questo panificio) è a livelli beceri: te ne accorgi proprio in questo genere di negozi. Qui ...ftalati e bisfenoli degli scontrini si attaccano alle mani, o ai guanti, e vengono traslati al pane assieme a batteri e virus e...
