Delicious food and great service!! Eva was our very friendly and helpful waitress. She spoke multiple languages and made us feel comfortable right away. They make fresh pasta and have a special everyday. We had the pasta carbonara and daily special of carbonara tartufata (truffle carbonara). Both were absolutely amazing! Pricing was very reasonable and food came out quickly. It was 100F day we went and had to sit outside as indoors was full. But we’re welcomed inside as soon as seats opened up (~10 min) and were able to enjoy our meals indoors. We both had water and shared a small bottle of white wine. Definitely would recommend this place!!
TIP the servers: This is one of the few places we went where tips are not included in the pricing. But they make it very clear at the time of payment what your bill is and they have an extra plate for tipping servers with suggestions like 5€, 10€, etc. They are extremely appreciative of any tip...
Read moreThis restaurant in under new ownership, and is located 1/2 block from the Collessum, a great location. The restaurant is filled with Italians, which we love, and a good sign of local food. We got the only two top available in a busy restaurant at 2:30pm. A great hole in the wall, authentic Italian restaurant with delicious food! The server, Eva, is super friendly and hustling throughout the service. You can watch the fresh pasta being hand rolled from your table, it is wonderful! I had the lasagne, and my wife had the carbonara. Both were extremely tasty and unique, a lot like the area we are in. We started with the onion rings, and they were awesome! Served tasty and hot. We finished with the Panna Cotta and Tiramisu, both were amazing!. I would recommend and definitely come back on my next...

I tried Strozzapreti pasta for the first time, you can absolutely tell it’s made fresh (if the lady making it in the window wasn’t obvious enough). The Strozzapreri Amatriciana was probably our fav pasta in Rome so far, it was flavourful but still light and addictive.
My friend had the lemon and ricotta ravioli, which was very large and yummy but not really to our taste.
Do get a tiramisu as well, it was so delicious and a perfect end. Although we were in a bit of a rush, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and gave us a great meal. So glad we found this place for our last...
