Good morning. This morning, (at 7:40), we were having breakfast at your establishment, and I encountered extremely poor treatment from one of your waiters. It began when I asked about the ingredients of a sandwich—his response was rude, especially when I didn’t understand one of the ingredients.
After paying the bill at the counter, I was not given a receipt. When I requested one, the waiter told me I should dig through their trash to find it. I simply wanted to verify the prices. Eventually, he handed me a blank sheet of paper and a pen, suggesting I calculate the total myself. When I questioned why the price was different from what I expected, instead of politely explaining, he began shouting at me in the middle of the café.
This is not just about a few extra euros that might have been overcharged—it’s about the attitude shown toward tourists. Such behavior seriously damages the image of your café in the eyes of both myself and other visitors, and also affects your overall rating and reputation among tourists.
I strongly recommend hiring an internal communications specialist to work with your staff so that situations like this do not happen again. As a tourist from Latvia, this was the first time I’ve ever experienced such disgusting behavior and communication towards a customer.

Our first taste of Italian cuisine in Italy did not disappoint—thanks to Pepy’s Bar! Nestled right on the corner of Via Sistina, this gem offers more than just a meal—it delivers a vibe.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance set the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening.
Special shoutouts to Daniele, our amazing waiter, whose friendly and calm personality made us feel right at home. He was incredibly patient as we tried to communicate what we wanted, and his warm demeanor made our visit all the more enjoyable. And of course, MOSE’, who turned our dinner into a mini photoshoot with his charm and energy!
Now let’s talk food: the fettuccini bolognese, lasagna, and pizza were all plated beautifully, served in hearty portions, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
We sipped on wine and beer to quench our thirst, soaking in the experience. And now… we wait for dessert. 😋
