Might have been a good trip if we actually got to do it, but really doubt it, because they are only accommodating to Italians. Should state that in the description. Italians only. He fell into the water, got injured really badly, and almost drowned. Finally, the captain came to help. I think maritime law requires him to at least seek medical attention for his passengers instead of going back to bed. I think the law also states that a report should be filed with the Capitaneria di Porto. I guess that I need to investigate it more, but I know one of the two was not done. In the morning, he hands my boyfriend our two backpacks and stated that we will not be traveling with them. I nicely contacted the company to refund us the €440 cash that we paid on the boat for the charter pack €120 x 2, the deposit (cauzione) €100 x 2, and the €1,197 for the trip (From the Pontine to the Amalfi Coast - 19th-26th July 2025) that I paid for via Sailsquare. Had the captain done his job correctly, you wouldn't be able to say any of that. Be warned! Go with a professional company that actually cares about their reputation and business more than stealing a person's hard earned money. One who actually cares for their customers.

Me lastimé gravemente al caerme de la tabla que usan como pasarela. Una chica vino a ayudarme; llamó al capitán y él me ayudó a salir del agua. Luego volvió a la cama. Por la mañana, después de ayudar a mi novia a buscar nuestros teléfonos, volví al barco para pedirle ayuda con los dos y conseguirme atención médica. Me dio nuestras mochilas y dijo que no viajaríamos con ellos. Estábamos atrapados en un pueblo de Italia, sin teléfonos ni alojamiento. Toda la información sobre la compañía estaba en nuestros teléfonos. Estábamos en shock. Ahora que tengo forma de comunicarme, les hemos estado pidiendo una copia de la licencia italiana del capitán, la matrícula del barco y la información de su compañía de seguros de responsabilidad civil. Todos bloquearon a mi novia o no responden.

8/13 Como pasarela, este barco tenía una tabla de madera, sin pasamanos y sin asegurar. La "tripulación" puede dar fe de ello. Su afirmación es que el accidente ocurrió debido a mi condición mental deteriorada. Sin embargo, el capitán, Leonardo Mancanti, nunca me consiguió atención médica ni presentó un informe marítimo, que es lo que exige la ley. ¡Volvió a la cama! Otro "miembro de la tripulación" junto con nosotros puede dar fe de ello. Toda la "tripulación" no puede testificar sobre ninguna de sus mentiras, como en cualquier "discusión acalorada". Realmente está tirando de un clavo ardiendo en eso. No puede afirmar que el estado mental o físico de alguien es malo si alguien no hizo su trabajo. Además, si hubo una "discusión acalorada", como afirma, ¿por qué no llamaron a la policía? ¿Cree que su capitán estaba borracho y por eso no buscó ayuda médica, presentó un informe o llamó a la policía? ¿Por qué no me proporciona la información para presentar una reclamación por lesiones? Si su empresa es legítima, no debería ser...
