It's a bit ironic that we had our best meal in Rome at a Chinese restaurant, yet I can't say enough good things about this place. It's the essence of pure and authentic northern chinese food and services, affordable, delicious, welcoming and exceptionally attentive. I was born in northern China and lived across multiple eastern and western countries throughout my life. This was probably the best northern chinese food I've had outside of China. Originally I planned to come here alone to solve my northern chinese food cravings. My friends from Israel and the US decided to join me, to which I was nervous that they couldn't adapt to the taste of ethnic food. And yet, we ended up coming back, bringing more friends with us each time even though it took us long cab rides. The owner serves guests himself and is extremely friendly and proud of his chef, which left a great impression to my group of friends. He personally came to observe which dishes had leftovers and asked if it was because they didn't taste good to us, to which it was actually because we ordered too much. After eating here twice, each time ordering more than 8 dishes, I understood that he was rightly proud of the chef - all dishes were cooked to perfection and delivered magically fast. For around €100 we filled the bellies of six people, four of which were men, all left very satisfied and needed a walk after the meal. I won't make a recommendation of what to order because I believe whatever you choose here it's going to be as good and hearty as that dish gets therefore it's completely up to personal preference. If you want to take a break from all the pizza and pasta in Rome, this is the...
Read moreRudeness from its Chinese manager and an Indonesian waiter, even to a disabled European female person. As soon as I entered - immediately boorishness, indifference, even before communicating with them. Any questions were answered with "no" and rude gestures were made by them. This is even before ordering. No smiling to customers. But I was too hungry and I had neen there before once, with an Italian friend, so I wanted to visit alone. However, such impudent rudeness immediately began there. Unbelievable and very cruel to disabled people! Their food was average and I pray they didnt poison or infect it. I noticed that the restaurant was constantly empty, perhaps due to the rudeness and complete lack of service from the...
Read moreCame to this place several times during our week in Rome. Spicy fried chicken is the best, it is crispy and really spicy, with tons of Sichuan pepper 🌶️
Soups are small but the taste is really good, I would recommend soup with seaweed. Sweet and sour soup was a bit too sour to my taste.
Fried dumplings with pork and chives are lovely, I have ordered them 2 times (btw portion size is quite small) 🥟
Salad with bok choy and mushrooms was very tasty🤤 I think it was called salad with Chinese vegetables and mushrooms.
Other lovely dishes we have tried were beef with kumin and pork ribs in sweet and sour sauce....
