This ice cream shop was a terrible experience. They lured me in with their tourist trap tactics. I took my child there and they gave us 3-4 spoons of different flavors to try without us asking. They all tasted bad and we wanted to choose something else. But they only allowed us to try 3-4 more flavors, which were equally bad. We felt pressured to buy something because everyone around us was enjoying their ice cream. We requested one more sample, but they told us it was the last one they could offer us. We didn’t like it either, but we bought two random flavors that we hadn’t tried to avoid embarrassment as they made us feel like we had tried too many. Extremely unfriendly service – especially from the older lady

I visited this ice cream shop today and was unfortunately treated very rudely – especially by the older lady behind the counter. She already seemed visibly annoyed when I was ordering, and when I asked a simple question, she responded in a snappy and condescending way. What bothered me most was her comment about me not speaking Italian – instead of showing any understanding, I was criticized for it.

The ice cream itself was okay, but the disrespectful attitude made the whole experience very unpleasant. As a guest – and especially as a tourist – I felt completely unwelcome.

FOR TOURISTS: STAY AWAY FRON THIS PLACE

The ice cream SUCKS. A three-flavored cup 6 EURO and a three-flavored cone 7! The bases are puffy and they use the same for each flavour, just putting a different topping. They literally buy you by putting lots of ice cream on top of you, but it SUCKS. I can't find half terms to talk about this ice cream.
