After spending the day at the beach below we came up via the lift and I said to hubby we’ve been here two weeks and haven’t sat here at La Villa for a drink to watch the sun go down or to just chill out & people watch Stunning views of Mount Vesuvius and the bay below We were shown to a table promptly they are very busy so be patient ordered two aperols and we were served with some delicious little snacks and a few extra treats came out later which was nice to have before dinner I can’t fault the service at all found them to be satisfactory given how busy they are We didn’t eat here so can’t comment Highly recommend...
Read moreVery disappointing experience, arrived and found a table, waited for ten minutes to be served with no sign of a waiter. Went in and chose my drinks and paid for them at the bar. Went back to the table to be told I should be paying a higher price for the same drinks at the table….when we left we were told to clear the table….i explained the situation and offered to pay whatever the extra was to be told no they don’t need it but I should clear the table…..showing a customer up in front of others for your own poor service is terrible…..i paid an extra €5 for the table even though they “didn’t need it”...
