Ci siamo fermati per caso in un piccolo vicolo a Trieste e abbiamo trovato questo ristorante incredibile. Abbiamo ordinato una carbonara e un tagliere di salumi e formaggi – tutto semplicemente delizioso. Il vino era eccellente, l’atmosfera autentica e accogliente, il servizio impeccabile.

We randomly stopped in a small alley in Trieste and found this incredible little restaurant. We had carbonara and a cheese & salami platter – everything was simply delicious. The wine was excellent, the atmosphere cozy and authentic, and the service was top-notch.
