You choose a wine from the Piemontese region or even a different region in Italy, and you pay for the glass according to the price of the bottle. It gives you the option to try some really extravagant wines or simply compare some wines you love or always wanted to taste together. The choice is great, ranging from sparkling to whites, rosès and reds. The owner is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Super passionate about wine. So much so it's infectious and I was delighted to try new wines. Owner happily shares his knowledge (in English and French fluently) with passion and humour and paired my wines with the delicious food sourced from the local largest European market next door😲. The best tomatoes I've tasted!! Piedmontese specialities of Pomodoro e stracciata pomodoro (tomatoes and stracciata creamy cheese) and giallo e seirass (yellow tomatoes with dried anchovies and spanking fresh basil oil). DISGUSTOSO. Venerdì ore 14.30 Ordiniamo un tagliere di salumi misto, medio, € 15,00 per: prosciutto cotto e crudo / salame / 3 varietà di formaggi / focaccia di accompagnamento Ci arriva un piatto in cui i salumi (tagliati spessi e male) puzzavano di vecchio e non di vecchio affettato 2 ore fa, bensì giorni, almeno da quanto l'intenso e disgustoso odore potesse far pensare. Quella che doveva essere focaccia di accompagnamento erano quadretti microscopici di focaccia stantia intiepidita al microonde. Al nostro reclamo con l'esatta, diretta lamentela, "è disgustoso" il cameriere non batte ciglio e ci cambia prontamente il piatto (questo mi fa pensare che ben sapesse cosa ci aveva servito). Arriva nuovamente il piatto: salumi che finalmente portano un odore gradevole ma... SOLO LE FETTE SUPERIORI.
