Pino & Pino — Restaurant in Turin

Avoid this place at all costs - I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but I was sorely disappointed.

And I would like to share what a HORRIBLE experience we had there!! We passed by the restaurant at around 6:50 pm and made our reservation for 7:30pm We are family of 4 ( 2 grown ups and 2 little kids) When we got there at 7:30 -the other staff member -(the man with the beard )-met us without greeting but just stared at us with unfriendly look , probably because he saw our 2 little kids. He acted very annoyed , he started to discuss with the other staff member ( the lady who actually did reservation for us) that we are not on the list —but she responded that we had made reservation - but then she pretended that she is busy with other guests and just left The man was getting even more annoyed - and was talking very rude. When I asked him in English what the problem was he snapped at me and told me that he did not understand English The funny thing is that right when you enter this restaurant -there is a poster in English!!- saying that the staff will be happy to accomodate and assist you at their restaurant . When it is convenient for them they speak English- -when there is an issue - they stop to speak English ) Anyway, we all felt so bad for being treated like this without reason None of the staff apologized for the inconvenience or tried to resolve the issue We decided to leave this place —- And as we were getting off —-the man with the beard started to discuss us with some customers -which made us feel even worse

We travel a lot and also dining out a a lot with our kids- and never ever had such a bad...

Extremely disappointing experience! You have to wait 20 minutes for 4 persons (instead of the promised cinco minuti) Then arrives the time to order. At this moment the server explains us that we must order 4 same dishes otherwise we will have to wait 1 hour. Impossible to chose 1 different dish per person. Can you explain me how we can’t chose what we want to eat? Thanks for this amazing experience! Hope the other restaurants aren’t...

Mediocre, don’t bother. I ordered the Brasato al Barolo and the meat was dry when it should be tender and melt in your mouth. When I told the waiter he basically ignored this and of course charged the full dish. No apologies offered. The grissini was soggy. The agnolotti was ok but nothing out of the ordinary Really poor service. As a frequent visitor in Italy, there are much better places to eat good...
