Trattoria vineria da Ale — Restaurant in Turin

We ate here on May 7, 2025. It was a nice surprise. We were looking for a place to eat and came upon this restaurant, which had a cozy atmosphere. I could not find a menu online, so I cannot identify the food we ate. The appetizer was an assortment of sliced meat, soft cheese, and fish on bread. The appetizer was rigatoni with bacon-like meat. The appetizer does not look like much in my photo, but it was very good. The dessert was a "bonet," like flan. We were told that the food is local fare from northern Italy.

By the time we left, the restaurant had a decent crowd. The waiter was very good. He gave us his recommendations for the tastiest entrees and which appetizer would be good for us to share. This was an excellent restaurant for good food and a nice,...

Bel posto, buon cibo. Sono stato ieri sera nel locale. La location è molto carina, trovandosi in pieno centro in una delle piazzette più "in" della città. La giornata - mercoledì - essendo in settimana ha permesso di non soffrire della troppa calca che normalmente c'è nei weekend. Premesso che non ero mai stato e che siamo andati con coupon gentilmete regalatoci da nostri amici devo dire che il locale è molto carino e nuovo. Noi abbiamo cenato fuori, nella piazza, ai tavolini sotto ai tendoni. Un'esperienza sicuramente più soft e romantica. Servizio ottimo, siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ci hanno servito in tempi molto brevi, così come altri clienti ai tavoli. Siccome era un coupon abbiamo potuto scegliere fra i piatti consigliati del periodo. Gli antipasti - ne abbiamo provati due rigorosamente piemontesi - ben presentati e gustosi. Vitello tonnato strepitoso, tomini molto buoni, in particolare le salsine (verde e rossa). Sui primi la scelta verteva su tajarin al rugo rosso o bianco oppure lasagne. Abbiamo scelto i tajarin col sugo rosso. Buoni, ma nella media del piatto. Infine il secondo. Preso il brasato. Carne di qualità sicuramente. Sulla preparazione avrei preferito una salsa maggiormente vinosa e una macerazione del brasato più lunga, ma comunque rimane un piatto discreto. Dolce ok. Vino - barbera - eccellente. Infine, extra menu, abbiamo preso caffè e amari. Nel complesso un locale soddisfacente, e contrariamente ad altre recensioni lette qui devo dire che il servizio è stato eccellente (molto simpatico il ragazzo che si occupava di prendere le comande). Lo voglio provare sicuramente fuori dal menu scegliendo dalla carta. Ho visto che hanno sicuramente più scelta, anche non tipicamente piemontese (giravano piatti di pesce e altri piatti non compresi nel menu che...

This place is horrible. First I went to ask for a reservation and one of the waitress said that there is no reservation. After when we go this place for dinner at the exactly 19:30, it was all empty all the tables no one was there. However one of the waiter said that you have to sit outside although restaurant was empty. He was ridiculously rude. Very very bad restaurant. Just go eat garbage it’s better.
