This place has so many choices of pastries and all of them I tried were great and tasted fresh. The prices were very reasonable. They packed my takeout with such care it survived walking home in a downpour. All workers were incredibly kind and patiently answered my questions, even while training a new employee.

However, their hours seem to be incorrect on Google maps. I first visited the shop on Wednesday evening at 8:10pm to be met with them closing up. I asked the worker if they were closing late and she told me they always close at 8pm, not 8:30pm which google shows. I have put in an edit request for the hours, so hopefully it's no longer incorrect.

Also, as others state, birds are not chased away and the door is left open. Therefore, pigeons tend to walk around the floor in the customer area, which is not great.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the high expectations set by the 4.4 review score. It may have been because it was the afternoon of January 1st, and many pastries seemed to have been prepared much earlier, but the quality was far below what we anticipated.

Your responses to similar feedback are frankly disappointing. We visited your bakery as a group of six specifically because of the positive reviews, so it makes no sense for all of us to complain if the pastries had been good. If maintaining quality on January 1st was a challenge, it would have been better to remain closed.
