Tre Archi — Restaurant in Venice

I went to this restaurant on 4th August around 5h34 pm . As a Black traveler who has visited over 30 countries and been living in different continents , I was disappointed by my experience here during my first week in Italy for visiting. The food was delicious, and one staff member gave professional service, which I appreciated. But I couldn’t ignore the fact that I was treated with coldness when I arrived — while other guests were welcomed warmly.

I felt watched throughout the meal. A man stood outside near the entrance until I paid, then went back inside immediately. That kind of subtle monitoring made me feel distrusted and unwelcome, even though I was respectful and left a tip.

When I passed by the next day, the same staff member avoided eye contact, even as I was about to say hello. Jag skulle vilja uttrycka min djupa besvikelse över min vistelse på hotellet Tre Archi. Upplevelsen var långt ifrån tillfredsställande av flera skäl.

För det första var rummet en besvikelse. Det var onaturligt varmt och det fanns ingen möjlighet att justera temperaturen. Det gjorde vår vistelse mycket obekväm och svår att njuta av.

Dessutom var personalen på hotellet otrevlig och oengagerad. Vi förväntade oss en vänlig och professionell service, men istället stötte vi på likgiltighet och bristande intresse för våra behov och önskemål.

Frukosten var också en stor besvikelse. Den var otillräcklig och fattig, utan några grönsaker eller fruktalternativ. Det gjorde det svårt att få en balanserad start på dagen och påverkade vår övergripande upplevelse negativt.

Slutligen, och kanske mest oroande, var rummet smutsigt och hade ett myrinvasion. Myror bet oss under natten, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att få en bra natts sömn. Detta är helt oacceptabelt och visar bristen på ordentlig rengöring och underhåll av rummen.

Sammanfattningsvis var min vistelse på Tre Archi Hotel en stor besvikelse. Jag förväntade mig en bekväm och trevlig upplevelse, men istället stötte jag på värme, otrevlig personal, dålig frukost och brist på renlighet. Jag hoppas att ni tar åtgärder för att förbättra er service och underhåll, så att framtida gäster inte upplever samma besvikelse.

I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my stay at the Tre Archi Hotel. The experience fell far from satisfactory for several reasons.

Firstly, the room was a disappointment. It was unnaturally warm, and there was no option to adjust the temperature. This made our stay very uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy.

Furthermore, the hotel staff was unfriendly and unengaged. We expected a friendly and professional service, but instead encountered indifference and a lack of interest in our needs and requests.

The breakfast was also a major disappointment. It was inadequate and poor, lacking any vegetable or fruit options. This made it challenging to start the day with a balanced meal and negatively impacted our overall experience.

Lastly, and perhaps most concerning, the room was dirty and had an ant infestation. Ants bit us during the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. This is entirely unacceptable and reflects a lack of proper room cleaning and maintenance.

In summary, my stay at the Tre Archi Hotel was a great disappointment. I expected a comfortable and pleasant experience, but instead encountered heat, unfriendly staff, poor breakfast, and a lack of cleanliness. Ate here from a recommendation - had the carbonara and the ravioli burratta.

Carbonara - it was drowned in salt, the flavor of salt was overwhelming and disgusting. The spaghetti was nothing special while the ham looked like deli ham sliced in cubes. I needed a lot of water after having this meal, it was absolutely atrocious.

Ravioli Burratta - the burratta had a grainy texture, it was definitely not fresh or gooey. While the raviolis looked authentic and enticing, the plate only came with four medium sized ones, and the flavor was as disappointing as the entire dinner experience here.

Bellini/Rossini - it was maybe 1/6 of a glass of sugar with a hint of alcohol.
