It’s a walking distance from the station. We Google|Mapped CORTE DEL BAGOLARO N. 539B as per instructions of reception. We reached the address but could not see the hotel at all. Called the hotel and the receptionist guided us (we were right in front of it but didn’t realise the building was infact the hotel). There are no signboards of the hotel at all so easy to get lost. DO NOT ask anyone for assistance with the map as they are likely to send you elsewhere. |Check in was smooth and receptionist was the most helpful and welcoming. Wifi was not working and we were advised of the same (no issues as we had unlimited data). Room is big. Bed is too soft. There is no daily housekeeping service during the stay. So towels needed to be reused. The weather wasn’t good so towels were still not completely dry the next day. There is a kitchenette and some utensils. Bathroom is slightly compact. Good interior (old property).|Reception is not 24/7, reception times are 9am-12pm and 2pm to 7:30pm. For late check in there is an additional price (€30-€50).|Found it a bit pricy compared to the facilities offered (specially no housekeeping service/ fresh towels for the second night and no 24/7 reception).|It’s more like Air BnB than a hotel. Read moreTerrible experience. We were completely misled by the 3 stars appointed in Google and the fact that they called the apartment ‘suite’, as the standard is more like a youth hostel. I paid a non refundable €300 in September with what I thought at the time was a good deal for a good apartment which can host 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). Reality struck when we found a series of serious issues, unacceptable for not even a 1 star and as a consequence I had to book an earlier flight for my parents who could not have spent another night in that environment (terrible noise until 4am, sofa beds unsuitable for proper sleeping, just to name a few) and the owner Carmela who must not be accustomed to customer service told me I should have booked somewhere else if I wanted that standard (the bear minimum we wanted was to be able to sleep at night, which we thought that was the deal when I paid that I refundable money that much in advance with them). Read moreI was given WRONG WiFi instructions at check-in then wasted 2 hours trying to login. Could not contact family or do research for next day's activities. Receptionist said "come back tomorrow." I spent another hour that night trying to find free wi-fi but did not have my google password to login at MacDonalds. I changed my plan for the day to be at reception at 9am. I was told by another person that the instructions given to me on check-in were WRONG. Also WiFi was ONLY available at reception and not in the apartments. I sat outside reception at 10pm at night in the cold and dark and STILL couldn't get connected.
