We came across this place by accident. We were greeted by a nice lady, who is also the chef and she introduced us to the variety of specials they had. She let us try the polenta which was the flavor of the day to see if we'd be interested in trying something new. It was good but we came for bolognese, so we ordered that, which was fantastic! We then decided to order a second box, so we asked for recommendations from the other chef (he was making fresh pasta in the background-good sign that we are eating fresh pasta). He told us to try the pesto for an authentic Italian experience. I said no almost immediately because I have not had a good experience with pesto ever, so the lady made us another sample to try as she said the pesto in Italy cannot be compared to anywhere else in the world. I think she's right because we decided to order a box of pesto fusilli. And that's the story of how I got over my pesto phobia. All in all, if you don't mind standing while eating, this place has great atmosphere, clean, excellent service, not crowded, amazing pasta, good prices (we paid £11.50 for two servings of pasta). If you're looking for affordable but deliciously authentic pasta,...

While the concept of fresh pasta on the go is great, our experience at We Love Italy in Venice was far from enjoyable. The service was underwhelming, and the cashier was outright rude when I simply asked for clarification on the ingredients in the pasta.

I have specific dietary restrictions, which I communicated clearly, but instead of trying to accommodate or offer alternatives, I was told it was my fault that I couldn’t eat certain things. When I expressed concern, they implied I was only complaining because I didn’t like the food — which was uncalled for and completely dismissive.

For a place that caters to tourists and offers customizable meals, I expected a basic level of respect and customer service. Sadly, this was not the case.

Plenty of better spots in Venice with great food and kind service — this one is a pass.

They also don’t have a single seat to eat l, just a...

During our trip we just find out this pasta shop. I was there yesterday with my family, and we ordered eight different pastas. The young boy at the counter was very friendly and polite person. He patiently helped us choose our pastas because there were not only several kinds of sauces to choose but also different shapes of pasta to select. I highly recommend trying the Pescatora and Bolognese you will love them, The Pesto and Pomodoro were also perfect. We enjoyed the food so much then we ordered five more pastas to take away two Carbonara, one Norma, one Amatriciana, and one more Bolognese. He also  packed everything very well and even provided extra forks so we could easily our pasta with each others It was a delicious and unforgettable memory for me and my...

Homemade noods are the best. I would be lying if I were to say seeing my pasta and sauce taken out of tin containers freaked me out a bit and brought back bad childhood memories. However, the pasta was on point. Chewy and thick and delicious. It held on to the sauce very well. Eating it out of a take out box was an… experience. Bolognese sauce was average/above average. I prefer mine cooked with reduced red wine though I understand that is actually not the traditional way to make it. The noods are the true star and everything else is extra. They also have spices on the side ( chili flakes, garlic powder, olive oil etc) to add for your own preference. Put it on a plate and serve it next to the canal and charge 30 euros and I would still give it 5 stars😏.

Really loved this place, heaven for veggie ppl. They serve some amazing wraps, pizza and pasta and salad. We tried the wraps and pasta first which were quick to come but really delicious. Even though we had special dietary requirements ( couple of ppl in our group did not eat garlic, which is the basis for most italian sauces), the owner took her time to kindly explain us our options and giving her suggestions on what works and what doesn't so that we wouldn't butcher the authentic recipes. The wraps were good, and the pasta were delicious. Especially the pesto sauce. We even had the pizza with tomato sauce and veggies. The place is right next to the ponte di rialto bridge, barely 100m walk, tucked away at the end of the road, but not too hard to find.
