Bacaro Jazz in Venice, Italy offers a unique and lively atmosphere that combines classic music with a vibrant and eclectic setting. Here's a review based on the provided information:
The standout feature of Bacaro Jazz is undoubtedly its atmosphere. With classic music playing in the background and a wide variety of bras hanging from the ceiling, the bar exudes a playful and fun vibe. This quirky and distinctive decor creates a memorable and visually appealing ambiance that sets it apart from your typical bars.
While you can enjoy a decent variety of drinks, the real highlight here is the experience rather than the beverages themselves. It is worth noting that the quality and taste of drinks can vary from person to person, so your mileage may vary depending on your preferences.
Overall, Bacaro Jazz appears to be a fantastic place to visit if you're seeking a unique and entertaining night out in Venice. The combination of classic music and the eye-catching decor makes it a fun and upbeat bar, perfect for those looking for something different. The overall experience is likely to leave a lasting impression. If you're in Venice and want to enjoy a memorable evening with a touch of whimsy, Bacaro Jazz is certainly worth a visit....
Read moreRude manager/employee. Went with my wife and kids because we read and were told they had live music. I went to the restroom as soon as we arrived, while my family grabbed a table. When I came back to the table, my family suggested we go to San Marco Square instead (for live music) because there was no live music at the bar and they were just playing rock music. When we got up, the manager/employee was super rude; she accused us of coming in just to use the restroom, gave us a lot of attitude and told us to leave. My wife explained that we came because we heard it was a jazz bar but there was no live music this evening. The lady barked that they NEVER do live music and the place is called Bacaro Jazz because they play music, and when my wife pointed out they weren’t even playing jazz, she said they can play whatever they want and again accused us of coming in just to use the restroom. I tried to take the temperature down and asked if she and I could speak politely and keep it friendly, but she repeatedly said “no,” “just leave,” and “you only came to use the toilet.” Seems like a fun bar if that’s the vibe you’re looking for, but no need to get angry with patrons who leave because it’s not what they...
Read more0/5 genuinely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in all of Europe.
Myself and my friend were given a bar fridge as a table, with no space to stand around (people were taking water out of the fridge, it’s a bar fridge against a wall, not a table? It’s almost comical).
When we tried to order, the main waitress repeatedly ignored us, then accused us of wasting her time when we asked to move to an actual table (even after ordering) and even loudly YELLED AT US “you tell me what to do ONLY when you order another drink”
We were also the only people in the entire shop that had to pay after every drink (the main waitress told the other waitress to make us pay after every drink). Everyone else was allowed a tab, which we only found out after talking to others around us.
It’s quite jarring, as the rest of our experience across Italy and Europe has been amazing, and I’m so disappointed
I’m not really sure what we did to deserve this, but as a group of two non-caucasian guys I can only assume the worst
The only saving grace was the lovely group of tourists who saw the whole thing and had a great conversation with us. We ended up joining their table. Special mention to the tall kind...
