It's located down the hill from train station so it's purpose is quantity over quality. Absolutely the worst meal I had on my trip. Its just not good. The steak was just pitiful and looked like dry beef jerky. The sauce on my pasta was super runny and had the flavor of a canned pasta sauce. It gave me Chef Boyardee vibes. Overall eating here was a complete waste of time and money. The town of CT are so full of people that most restaurants are concerned about feeding the masses which takes quality out of the picture. You get what you pay for here. Horrawful. Yes that horrible and awful together in one word. While in the CT area of Italy for that matter please know what a tourist trap is and what's not. Thus place is a complete trap. Go here is you want but please don't walk away thinking you just ate quality Italin food. It was just pitiful and we walked away laughing at how bad the meal was.

AVOID!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. We ate at this restaurant because they offered a few gluten free options which were both lasagna. After ordering we found on the menu that most of the pasta and entree options had an asterisk next to it and that meant the item was a frozen meal. Our pesto lasagna was 2 layers of mush that was heated AND SLATHERED with a pesto sauce. We sent it back and refused the second piece that came a bit later. We also ordered a regular pizza which my kids said it was just OK. We ate inside the restaurant and on the way out our waitress, who was actually the only good thing about this restaurant, was reaching into the small freezer grabbing more entrees to heat up. I DID NOT COME ALL THE WAY TO ITALY FOR A FROZEN DINNER!

Such a bad experience… we ordered 2 hamburger with fried potatoes. The waiter wasn’t fluent either in Italian or English… When he brought the hamburger, the cheese was completely frozen, I told him to warm it by showing it, he didn’t get it all. The potato fries weren’t cooked well, some of them were impossible to eat… the toilet had no lock… the restaurant keep having new costumers, I was lucky enough that nobody tried to open it. How hard is it to put a locker on a shared toilet? Everything was overpriced if you consider the taste… when we asked for ketchup and mayonnaise, they brought 2 different brands and the packages were dusty a lot, seemed like they took them for a restaurant…

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! the worst restaurant that i've ever visited while being on my trip in Tuscany. We ordered a chicken steak (even if their excuse later was that they don't serve chicken steak, we ordered a chicken steak and the waitress was totally fine with it, she didn't say anything). We recieved pork but because my friend is muslim, he logically can't eat pork. The rude waistress came and told us that we can't returtn the order, if we do, we have to pay for it. After we were told that the meat is pork, another waitress came and told us that it's not pork while laughing silly which was stupid and unprofessional. Of course, we didn't believe in anything that they said so I, as a christan, tried the meat which was AWFUL!!! totally the worst steak in my life. My friend who is muslim was left hungry so we decided to speak to the manager about their unprofessionalims and maybe get a lower price for the food which was €23 for a totally horrible dish. Instead of an apology, we recieved rude comments, insults and even an islamophobic insult. The waitress (a tattooed girl with brown hair) was so disgustingly rude that she started screaming at us like crazy. The manager (a bald, musty old guy) just stood there like a statue. Then, out of nowhere, ssme crazy old woman came out of the kitchen (i guess she was the cook) and started screaming and throwing mean and bizzare insults. We decided to just pay what we had to pay and not spend any second in that restaurant anymore. By the way, by how disgusting that cook was, i'm overthinking if she even washes her hands before preparing the food.

Please think twice before visiting this absolutely...
